This is one of those stories that only the seventies could do justice to! I remember it having quite a heavy and surreal atmosphere. But none the worse for that. Back when they gave kids more credit. It may be me but one ambiguous line I'm sure I remember is near the end, when the lobster shouts hi-cocolorum or something and the campy Kenneth Williams-esque sea horse questions it. When he receives an answer he goes 'Oh right...I thought it was rude!' What exactly did he think he heard?

That woman who played loads of different characters (mother of the Kray brothers in the movie, and also in Hot Fuzz) scared the hell outta me!
