  • I just about wet myself from laughing when I heard Hovind try to explain his grand canyon "theory".

  • Kent Hovind: the living embodiment of the dictum that a little knowledge is a dangerous thing.

  • Was I the only one who was going "Tectonic plates, too curvy to be flood water..." all the way through it? xD I guess having a geologist brother helps arguing with creationists o.o

  • Science is evil and ungodly. Stop using what science gave you. Go live in a cave or a cabin in the woods, don't go to hospitals, or take medication. Why give your money to a bunch of god hating atheists anyway? Why does god let these atheists live in luxury while your fat ass is stuck in a trailer park watching the 700 Club? Show these atheists who's boss, go live in a cave. . . . . .Pleeeeease, will you just go live in a cave

  • Religious belief is vastly easier than understanding the science...

  • LOL @ 2:20

  • Religion, for when thinking is just too difficult.

  • Potholer for president!

  • Creationists When the Village Idiot is not dumb enough.!!!

  • Fucking deltas, how do they work?

  • @potholer

Great video! Only one problem, at 8:37 you said 360 degrees when I'm sure you meant 180degrees. Just thought you should know.

  • @jpak78 I think you're correct. But I didn't notice it the first time. I was too busy laughing my ass off. :D

  • Grand canyon carved by floodwater? what a load of schist!

  • Im standing in it dipshit. Lololololol

  • "Oh for fuck sake...get back to me when your done"

    ROTFLMAO

  • "I'm standing in it dipshit" made me LOL

  • Potholer do you think there is any use on this earth for creationists? I for the life of me cannot think of one..I open to anyone else's suggestions..please, otherwise I might follow hitler's life and put them into a gas chamber and turn them in to fertilizer...

  • @timdnwd How about keeping them as a source of amusement. Rather than killing them Creationists could be kept as mankind's pet idiots.

  • @timdnwd

    I think there is, maybe,

I can point at them and tell my children "If you don't do your school work and use your brain, stop, think and ask questions you could end up like that, a victem of cult indoctrination and utter ignorance" .

  • Yeh BULLSHIT BAFFLES BRAINS, THIS CAN"T HAPPEN TO CREATIONISTS, As Potholer continuously points out they have no functioning brains.

  • Per Bible-rejecting JWOOLFDEN . com concerning Colorado Plateau

"Most of the rocks lie horizontally, as they were originally deposited. The Plateau is a single great shallow anticline (upward fold), with no smaller folds, no overturned strata, no major thrust-faults -- in other words, there has been no recent geologic activity that might seriously distort the rock record,,,What You See Is What You Get, "

i.e. there was no gradual uplift,

  • It always cracks me up that there is only 1 Grand Canyon. Using the Creationist theory there should be several Grand Canyons especially where god pulled the plug and allowed all the water to drain into the lower mantle which is not the current "theory" Creationist are using.

Of course that would cause a super gigantic geyser due to the heat.

    Entertaining clip.

  • 0:15 You are forgetting that the great flood with all of its water, created it in the minium time of 40 days

  • Just one second, got to go take a leak!

  • Hoven is so good at spouting bullshit. a0x0ax0a0x0ax0a0xx0a!!!!!!!!!!

  • 4:40 Quote: "All rivers create Deltas."

Actually, not all rivers form deltas. Where I live there are three major rivers and a few streams that all run directly into the sea. Not one of them ends in a delta. They all have one channel straight into the sea.

  • @Darwinsman

From the small amount of understanding I have of deltas.

A delta forms where a river meets a standing body of water. So given time, the sediment will build up in the mouth of the river and move it further to sea. So just because the delta is not visibly obvious doesn't mean one is not forming.

Have you looked at google earth? I took a look at my local harbour and was able to see it from the satellite images and our harbour is frequently dredged.

  • @ACapillary The three major rivers in my area are all used commercially so they are dredged now, but if you look at the histororical maps, there were no Deltas there before dredging started.

All the other minor rivers are not commercial and are therefore not dredged, but they too have no deltas. This is because all our rivers open into the sea via steep cliff exits. onto a straight coastline. Any delta attempting to form is washed away by the fierce transverse tidal currents.

  • @Darwinsman

Ah, well that is a fair call :)

  • "When the blood of a seal, FRESHLY

killed at McMurdo Sound in the Antarctic

was tested by carbon-14, it showed the

seal had died 1,300 YEARS ago," says

a Univ. of Kansas professor, as one

of many examples of evil-utionary myth

which has no foundation for its lies; in

    high school i didn't have trouble getting dates;

but if i did i still would not have resorted

to the hilarious ''carbon dating'' method!!! lol

  • @tangerinetigerr In this case, Dr. Dort explained how Antarctic water has an abnormal amount of c-14 and admits that the dates would be erroneous. So they identified a limitation of their methodology and do not use it in that case. Isn't that what science SHOULD do? This is like using a stick ruler on a curve. It works great for straight, flat areas. We understand it doesn't work for curves. Does that invalidate using it for straight surfaces? Absolutely not.

  • @nygreenguy But there are other examples too

from other parts of the world that disprove the

C-14 method. While i do not agree with the

author of this video, i do respect that he does

have an opinion. So i won't use a lot of space

here by posting several other examples. Czech

    it out yourself. 71311 340pm

  • @tangerinetigerr Im pretty sure potholer54 would more than welcome your examples as would I. Every time I do see an example like the one you posted, it seems like it was either taken out of context, or misapplied science.

  • @nygreenguy A lake Bonney seal; the Chekurovka mammoth;

Hawaiian lava flows; Melanoides tuberculatus. . .there are 4

more C-14 false results for you to chew on. Will you explain

them away too? And if so, where does it stop--when it fits

what you want it to? I respectfully suggest that you switch

from carbon-DATE-ing, to PRUNE-ing fiction away from

the facts of creation. 71311 515pm

  • @tangerinetigerr Nor do you date igneous rock with C14. Do you have ANY education at all?

  • @tangerinetigerr Yes, they found out C-14 dating does not work on seals or other animal who don't get their C-14 from the air. They know that. It works just fine on most things.

BTW they don't use C-14 to date fossils.

Watch the video you are spamming.

  • @califoniania but i am SoGlad to see that you are

turning to God's Way of thinking =] YOU just

said that tv's and the like are made by human

DESIGN. . .excellent choice of words my friend!

  • contd... i can see why you are extremely frightened to even read AND daily study the Bible---it has clear

    proofs that expose your mockery.

  • @tangerinetigerr

I could see how one would be frightened to read and study the bible every day. After all the cruelty, hatred, misogyny, racism and utter lack of morality in its pages are a sickening insult to everything decent in humanity.

  • @justthedolliest How odd that you mention YOUR OWN

depravity to the world here . . . you spoke of cruelty and

hatred, and that is what you are...God says our ''good'' works

are as filthy rags, compared to His Holiness!!! C'mon man,

you've been complaining your entire life that no one loves you,

but when Christ offers His UNCONDITIONAL Love to you,

you say, No, and cry like a baby! Gimme a break! Choose

Christ as your Savior; it's your decision. M82911; 1142pm †

  • @tangerinetigerr

Slight error there, it was the people wrote the bible that claimed a God said that. And no I haven't been found wanting for love my whole life. I grew up in a family that cared more about people than myths. Oh and "unconditional" seems an an word in this context since that book about Jesus and his Dad says they intended to eternally punish those who don't follow the conditions they set to get into heaven.

  • @dolliest MUCH more than a slight error there by you;

it was GOD Who wrote the Bible, not man! And where

do you find God wants people to perish? i have listened

intently to 2,033 chapters in the Bible since June, 2011,

and i do not find that anywhere. You should study, not

judge what you know nothing about. To the contrary,

God desires all to be saved from hell. Unless you mean

your rebellion? PSALM 1:6 says, the way of the ungodly

shall perish; so it's YOUR choice to do yourself harm!!!

  • @tangerinetigerr First off, not much evidence for a god writing the bible, but pretty solid proofs of humans doing so. Second in your intent listening did you miss all of the times God to killed people for doing something he didn't like, being an infant in a city he thought was wicked or just for being a neighbor of his favored tribe? If your god actually exists as described, he's a petty spiteful thing

  • @califoniania Wow, talk about missing a point!

i was simply stating the FACTS that the

earth [and the entire universe] can NOT just

form by itself, just like parts to a watch

can NOT become a watch by themselves! In

both cases there is the NEED for either

    a watch-maker or an earth-Creator. And

i never used the word "exactly" as you say

i did; but i did use an analogy, which

    is similar to an allegory.

  • @tangerinetigerr what created the creator?

  • @TheXwodnavel years ago i took a watch apart;

every once or twice in a while i shake the parts around

    but they just don't come together as a watch again;

you will have to let me know how you do it

sometime! i can't do it; the watch and the earth both

have this in common = they have a Creator; order

never comes out of chaos; matter can not come out

of nothing, except in the relatively new 'big bang'

    fable!

  • @tangerinetigerr- Earth isn't a machine, it's a planet; a planet mainly composed of rock, metal, and water. We see how islands form, we see how rivers form, we know how weather and natural disasters happen and none of those involve any gears or springs or screws. The only way the Earth is anything like a watch is in the fevered imagination of a creationist.

  • (cont'd)- Also, making analogies to watches, planes, TVs, etc. doesn't get you anywhere as those are all designed by HUMANS. So if the Earth is like a watch or a car or etc. then, for the analogy to work, it must also have been designed by humans (or humanoids). You can't say "It's exactly like these things" and then say "so they must have an entirely different source". Even if we accept your ludicrous claim that the Earth is designed, you have no evidence of an inhuman, supernatural creator.

  • Good god that kid is a moron “in his theory?????????????????????” the stupid little shit doesnt know what a theory it for fuck sake

  • Man creationists are arrogant morons

  • wowamoon, thanks for making fun of me for

the fact that i take necessary prescription drugs

for diabetes, etcetera; it is odd---but not

    unexpected---that a heathen would attack a

follower of Jesus Christ, rather than examining

    the FACTS that i presented.

  • @tangerinetigerr sorry man but the only thing i can see is bla bla bla colorado river couldn't have done this or that bla bla bla. the thing is you have to actually present facts before yelling at people for not examining them.

  • i just love it when a fool shows himself to be

    a fool...and that is why i watched this mess;

no mention was made of the deltas outside

of the L.A. and San Diego areas, deposit areas

    from probably a post-flood catastrophe.....

    something the comparatively wimpy Colorado

River could never have done! or, maybe it

made an evolutionary [biting my tongue] left

turn, then zig-zagged all over CREATION as

this fool TRIED to make fun of here haha!!!

  • @tangerinetigerr I recommed that you stop taking drugs.

  • @tangerinetigerr no because you've never head of rock being eroded by water over millions of years. this is a channel of science, not of creationist myth. if your going to walk around and spread your stupidity, then at least TRY to look intelligent while doing it.

  • He should try splashing water on rocks to see how much carving will be done.

  • that creationist "researcher" performing that garden hose experiment should really use a different camara angle. it looks naughty!

  • 6:30 . Grab 2 crayons. Bend one and see that it will break with enough force. Grab another one, put it under hot water for 30-60 seconds and then bend it. After a minute or so, it will have cooled of just like the rocks seen in the video.

  • Rats - Why do I have to bother with all of this detailed "Material and Methods", "Results and Discussion" bullshit for publishing a paper when one just need a back yard and a shaky cam to prove ones theory?

  • Sorry to bother you with a rather insignificant question but I couldn't quite understand the expression you used at 7:07 in the video – sounded to me like "Lügermeister" (I reckon you meant to say "Meisterlügner" or "Lügenbaron").

Apart from that, thanks a lot for the effort it took to make all those videos, I really enjoy your witty and well researched style in which you debunk all this creationist, anti- or pseudo-scientific nonsense!

  • For first 3 seconds I thought he was peeing.

  • I was drinking my coffee when that image of the man kneeling in the delta popped up.. wrong time to drink coffee...

  • @LegendaryLvl1 I know, that was hilarious...."I'm standing in it, dipshit!"

  • makes me laugh everytime I watch this ... nice debunk !!

  • 4:44 That's what happens when cousins marry.

  • Science is hard and requires critical thought. The ignorant prefer magic, let them have it. We keep all the good things science has wrought and they can have caves, fire and angry gods.

  • Neandering: Same thing.

I had 1 hour of freaking geology a week and I know this ffs. Has to do with the earth rotating -_-.

  • 6.12

We learned about that and how it happened in geologyclass at the age of 17 here.

So that person doesn't know high school geology.

    Good job.

  • Holy shit! How much water did that guy drink before making his video?

  • His parent are gonna be pissed that he made those big holes in their perfect lawn.

  • This poor ignorant fool. I really feel for him.

  • that guy needs to play with a hose on a sandy hill with little grass like I did when I was young. Made mini canyons all over the yard, and pissed dad off when he tripped over one.

  • i love when they call it "noah's flood". was it noah's fault? he cause that shit? what the FUCK, noah?

    Y U No call it God's flood?

  • @mmfhl They don't call it gods flood cos gods not real, They call it Noah's flood cos it was his fault, He left a tap running. ;-)

  • I fucking love you potholer! Making my life as a geologist so much easier. :D

  • ~sigh~ I wish my fellow Christians would shut up about science. They sound like idiots.

Thanks for an informative and entertaining video. I belive in God, and that He created the universe and the world. I also have no trouble believeing that he took 13 billion years to do it. I also belive in the flood of Noah, even though I can't explain all the details.

Nonetheless, If it took millions of years to for the Colorado to carve the Grand Canyon, so be it; it's no less beautiful.

  • @pjotoole77 yay openmindedness, just one small thing, general consencus places the begining of the universe at somewhere between 14-15 billion years ago, most found miidle ground and call it 14.5, but other than that congrats

  • @deathman1021 noooo that is incorrect. The most up to date consensus places the age of the universe at 13.7 billion years old, at least according to nasa.

  • I couldn't stop laughing at the " did the flood come, a quiet tropical paradise, and flooded again" ......and the part " all together now.... Why couldn't the grand canyon be formed by the Colorado desert"....... Awesome video

  • Let's go with Pendleton's argument that there "Is no delta, just a small one". Wouldn't a small delta still constitute a delta? "There is no moon, just a small one".

  • The Stupid is strong in this one.

  • Wtf was that kid with the hose trying to prove? oO

  • Call me crazy but you will never run out of fun with enough lab aperatis', some of the things those tools can do are just plain fun

  • So he can't use any video from a creationist? No fair

  • Not fair. You can't use a video made by an obviously mentally handicapped person to prove your point.

  • Let's all chip in to send Potholer on a Grand Canyon Creationism trip to get some video footage of him conversing with the creationist guide.

  • 3:17

    False Dichotomy. Fuck Eric.

  • How stupid, no one said the floodwaters carved the Grand Canyon, the argument is the Canyon was formed and the water followed the canyon as a drainage basin. Canyon first, water second, get it yet? Ridiculous straw man.

  • Lmao! "im standing in it dipshit"

    Priceless potholer ^__^

  • Everyone Type "Won" Before youtube.com

  • 1:48

    LOL! Potholer, brilliant videos!

  • wow that kid took the biggest piss ever! physically & with his description of Noah's flood, odd that I thought it was there Gods flood? Plus I wonder if Mini-Me Hovind is following pops theory of how "Glory Holes" are created & his fascination with the "great one eyed purple Headed Cocker-suck"? BTW has Kent Hovind been released from prison yet? lol

  • Maybe Jesus turned the floodwater into wine, and all of the animals caught in it got very drunk, and died from alcohol poisoning???

  • That kid with the hose is just wasting water

  • @VesusSheist Hey, I was gonna sya that. I guess you beat me to it by four days.

  • Some dork with too much time on his hands takes a piss in his parents' back yard and that's supposed to disprove evolution?

    ...Yeah, that sounds about right.

  • Creationists are the best comedians!

  • I wish you (Potholer54) and Thunderf00t would please place a warning on your videos:

[ This video will contain witty and humorous moments, DON’T drink or eat while watching this clip at your PC. ]

I now had to try and shake tea out of my keyboard when I was laughing so much.... by the way, Great Video Clip 5-star.....

Creationists are the sadist folks I have come across so far......

  • @ParkSouthSW11 "I'm more inclined to think water flows uphill"

My tea bypassed the keyboard at this point and went straight to the screen. :)

  • How sad to see a young mans intellect so diabolically stunted by pathetic ignorance. They clearly STILL don't teach critical thinking in schools. Nice demonstration of how to start with a conclusion and try fitting evidence to it retrospectively.

  • "Not so. Their settling order would depend on their density while living, absorption or loss of water, etc. "

But fossils are not found in layers according to any density of the living organisms. They are found in layers by increasing complexity. In a flood, regardless, of density, the torrrent would be so violent that that organisms would be easily mixed rather than by the level of development that we actually in the fossil record. The best clue ihere is the erratic course of the Colorado.

  • Awesome film, please debunk more hoaxes!!

  • Americans should be ashamed of themselves coming out with stuff like this. The rest of the world is racing off into the future while (way too many) Americans wallow around in ancient, unsubstantiated bullshit! I'm surprised you (Creationists) can show your faces in public. You should be aware that the whole world is laughing at you. You're an anchor to progress!

  • 4:30 Oh, for the love of Justin Bieber. Watch this mouthbreather mouthbreathe.

  • Oh no! Hovind had a son? That poor brainwashed soul. And now he's following in father's footsteps! Hope Hovind Jr. doesn't commit tax fraud like daddy did!

  • @June28July Creationists are incapable of learning from mistakes and admitting they're wrong, so I wouldn't rule out the possibility of Hovind Jr. being convicted of tax fraud as well.

  • Looks like the kid drank 24 beer and is now 'emptying the python' in his demo... ha

  • "This scientific experiment is supposed to show...er I dunno, something..."

    haha!

  • Haha, it's incredible that any people can actually believe a fairy-tale like "The Flood" today! With all the science and research everybody has access to today it's pretty weird! . )

  • @stiimuli My problem is not trying to prove or disprove the Bible. In reality i find that most athiest need the Bible more than the most devoted christians. The author of this video is trying to use science to make his athiestic points. But its not scientific, its a manipulation. Therefor his overall point is lost. when Noahs fllood happend there was no concept of the globe so really whats this guys point.

The canyon was flooded quickly geology proves the religous man correct.

  • @nero7926 There is no "atheistic" point here. And geology proves the flood never happened. Don't take my word for it; ask the geologists.

  • That kid looked liked he was taking a really long piss.

  • That kid. I want to punch his face so badly. I know it's mean but I want to punch, so badly.

  • @BeforeTheNoose I don't think you understand the video or the context of my comment. I can't respond cause you don't make any clear sense. your perception is limited

  • Saddning that one has to explain this kind of thing at all! But thanks anyway. May you be touched by HIS noodly appendage!!

  • There used to be huge lakes in the middle of the country. they were damned up by huge ice chunks. the ice melted and broke and the water ran into the pacific. we know this cause of odd geological bolders. This fucking Athiest thinks he knows what hes talking about. with out the bible most athiest sound like there fucking morons. I'll trust someone of a religious mind over a an Athest imbecile anyday of the week. This video is a sciencetific FAIL. The canyon was flooded all the way to pacific.

  • @nero7926 This video is "sciencetific fail" ? LOL. You pwnd yourself bible basher.

  • @nero7926 noone's disputing local flooding after the last ice age. This video deals with claims that Noah's global flood carved the grand canyon when there's no reliable scientific evidence supporting such claims or even that a global flood ever happened..

  • Thanks for making these, Potholer. The mix of science and Carlin-esque humor is fantastic!, and some parts made me laugh my ass off.

Please continue, and preserve the hilarious edgy comedy as well!

    =3

  • "i'm more inclined to think that water flows uphil"

    Classic british wit!

  • He didn't know which way the river flows. LOL

  • i had to laugh...at 5:22 he says "no delta, just a small one"

so he says with his lovely coat that there is NO delta..just a small delta? so EVEN if it is a small one (which its not) ..is that not the same thing as saying there IS a delta? gota love the "experts"

  • If I ever met the kid at the first of the video with the "experiment", I would take a rock hammer and slap the fuck out of him.

  • It's so painfully logical. How can this elude creationists??

  • @kingsalmonsteak Maybe because creationists have a brain damage stopping them from thinking logical? When you can't understand something as easy as this, you have a malfunctioning brain, which also makes you unfit for society. Creationists should be classified as mentally challenged and should not be allowed to get high paying and important jobs in society.

  • I have just found what I will call the Potholer Series and think that its combination of wit, sarcasm, good science and excellent common sense is entertaining and educational.

Good job Potholer, whoever you are.

  • Dude that Grand Canyon car ride was AWESOME!

  • "I'm standing in it, dipshit"

  • where did you get the vid of the stupid kid from. Is he from Moron College or something.

  • @nicksynnz ..the 49ers cap should have warned you about what would come out of his mouth.

I am a Cowboys fan still bitter about "The Catch".

  • Wonderful production.

  • so someone peed in the grand canyon to make it

  • that guy's ruined his parents' lawn!

  • Why was I reminded of Jeff Dunham's "And it's another LEFT TURN!"

  • i meant that uplift doesn't just happen. I think its interesting that it just happened right there!

  • Call me uneducated, what ever helps you sleep at night!

  • @inspiron80001: I did not call you uneducated, YOU asked how the uplift could have occured and that showed that you obviously lack knowledge about plate tectonics. Thats not being uneducated - I do know many highly educated social scientists who have no clue about p.t. either. I could ask similarly uninformed questions concerning many fields of knowledge. None of us can know everything about everything...

  • @jxvwp. Hovind may use a first grade text book, but shouldn't a first grade book be correct. And i know that you know that he uses more than that.

  • @inspiron80001

It's not the book he used.

It's that he mixed up two different theories.

He mixed up the astronomical theory of stella accretion or the Nebula theory as it is also called. And the cosmological theory of the big bang.

He made an absolute hash of it trying to disprove the big bang only achieving the complete and utter destruction of his own scientific credibility.

  • @ PrpofSientific. How do you know hovinds theorie is so rediculous? Have you looked at it? And Hovind uses evolutionary journals and text books when discrediting evolution so it looks like the evolutionists disagree on there own thoerie wich is ok nobody said everyone had to agree with everyone.

  • @inspiron80001

Hovind used a first grade astronomy textbook that said something about the nebula-theory (origin of stars) and tried to use that to debunk the big bang (origin of the universe).

If that isn't ridiculus then I don't know what is

  • By the way Mr Hovend has got a $100,000 reward for anyone who can prove evolution, and he is willing to debate anyone as well.

  • @inspiron80001 yeah, hovind does have the $100.000 reward, but it is for proving evolution how he defines it and not how the scientific community defines it. Hovinds idea of evolution is completly different to the actuall theorie and is completly rediculous.

And your not seriously asking how soil gets uplifted? What about doing a little research on your own. You know, this is the internet?! And while doing it, try to find out the difference between evolution and abiogenesis as well.

  • @inspiron80001 the problem with mr Hovend is that he is a fundamental denier, meaning he couldnt accept evidence even if it was dancing infront of him wearing a pink tutu, along with interdimensional beings and jesus.

  • @666valhalonia666

     totally agree.

  • @inspiron80001 That would be hard to do since he is currently serving a 10 year sentence for tax-evasion. Also, research what happened when someone has tried to present the evidence to him.

  • O, and you said that after the valley Was carved the soil rose or something, just be so kind as to explain how that happened?

  • @inspiron80001: Rhymemaiden made some nice vids about the geology of the Grand Canyon if you are interested :). As for uplift: Its hard to explain in 500 characters, and you do need some basic knowledge about plate tectonics to understand any explanation (and concerning the G.C. the scientific controversies oncerning the exact circumstances). So please read a geology book before forming opinions!

  • @inspiron80001 You do realize that in the planet, the mesa in which the grand canyon sits is not the only thing that is uplifting. The whole Scandinavian peninsula and the Great Lakes area are uplifting (isostatic rebound). A plateau in Texas is also uplifting. The whole Himalayas (and, in turn, the Tibetan plateau) are uplifting.

  • Just because some creationist have it wrong than does not mean all do. And while you're talking about dumb theires do you know what most evolutionists say about were the first life form can from? Look it up (in a text book, ask a teacher, or a scientist) if they are being thruthful they will tell you that you came from get this soup!

  • @inspiron80001 dont you get thats a paraphrase?

the soup is a mix of (as yet) unknown mixture, the only elements they know to be present (for sure) are the ones that commenly ended up in life as we know it.

  • @inspiron80001 Was the soup cooked? LOL

  • ...

As a former geology student (not really my thing I guess ^_^u) I'll just say you cannot IMAGINE how much these nimwits have made me laugh throughout this whole video.

Oh and thou as well Potholer ofc, albeit in a different way ;),

Quality material there. Thanks for video !

  • I found a creationist video trying to prove the flood by spraying rocks off a cinder block, his name is hubjubjub

  • speaking from the other perspective, unless im missing something, that slower movement could occur as the floodwaters receded, or are they saying it is those waters that created the grand canyon if they are saying the latter never miind,

when i think of that, i think of water draining off a plateu top into siome pit, and as the flow gets near th end the pressure is less, and speed decreases.

  • @elgostineThe only way you are going to creat meanders in a river is to work on it for years, pulsing the water - heavy runoff in the spring, lighter runoff in the fall. the heavy runoff carves the loops; the lighter runoff, carries off the detritus and carves the middle rivers. Over many cycles the mature river meanders, with ox-bow lakes is built up.

  • @puncheex yes, i was just wondering how likely if at ALL possible that idea could be,

  • Actually it was only more than 180° not 360° but I'm sure someone already pointed that out... okay... smartassing finished!

    Thanks for this video...

The DIY creationist was hilarious :D

  • I feel bad for that hose in the back yard kid. Looks like a fairly standard result of a childhood spent being brainwashed by religious parents. He clearly thinks he's spewing nuggets of wisdom and has no idea that he just predicted that the entire grand canyon is made of MUD. He thinks that this is a formidable argument.

He's a victim. And he's in for a really bad time if he ever realizes what was done to him.

  • WTF? Give a redneck a hose so they can prove that God exists.

  • wait....what?

  • Potholer54, the more I see your videos, the more I think you are awesome!

  • "Randy! Are you peeing on the lawn again?!"

  • Probably writers of the bible heard many stories about Nile river floods or Mezopotamia rivers , in the ancient times, people doesnt know anything about the world, their knowledge was limited with persia, greece, anatolia, india and eygpt:)If they are right , scientiest should be found worldwide flood evidence in the ice from antartica or greenland isnt it? if Their god write that book why he doesnt mention about other continents?

    also

OI!! Hovind there is no fucking carbon in it..

  • @schattenfaust There has been tree leaves found in Antarctica, The Bible not only mentions other continents, but the entire planet, and space, and other planets. You just misread it because you english is so terrible.

  • @ironman197268 Fair enough, My english is bad as just like you said "you engish is so terrible" ,i learn it only by myself but i also do read my native language bible.

And please give me that evidence people find tree leaves in the antartica which they couldnt find trees or dead people skeletons but few leaves it might be interested, show me your evidence..

And if clerics know the bible right?(planets, space etc etc) why they accuse galileo with heresy?:)

Dont be a Troll be Truthfull.
