The balls are landing on the edge of the tunnel thingy, which is slightly raised so that they roll. Some balls didn't land right on it (cuz others were in the way) so they were pushed around. I'm thinking way too much about this...

Right. It happens when u get something round 4 example a soccerball and more getting in the same posistion and cause the other ball(s) and makes it roll away. So no glitch.

You can rack up lots of damage with a soccer ball and have someone next to it and have kirby/Jiggly/Fox drill the person and the soccer ball at the same time

heres something you must do!!!!: go to training -> pick marth -> pick any target for computer -> go to battlefield stage -> get marth the smash ball -> put 5 soccer balls in rigth front of the target -> use marth's final smash and BAM!! 250% DAMAGE!!!!

If you actually look at it, you're spawning the balls on near the edge of the platform where it's raised up a bit, causing it to roll. Not a glitch. -_-
