I once had a glitch where a guy was stealing second and i threw the ball. The fielder didn't run from shortstop, so it rolled to the center fielder. He didn't react either. I was like "What?" Then i see the catcher run from behind the plate all the way to the outfield to get the ball. By then the guy who stole stole 2nd. 3rd, and home on one pitch.

On my oakland Franchise when I play at home there is an Open bullpen(in foul territory) and if i send a Pitcher to warmup its always my cathcher currently catching the game. they should fix that too.
