  • DUHHH where do ou think the waters coming from when your water breaks? i mean my gosh your baby has been floating around in water for 9 months, he/she knows how to swim

  • what's the point of making babies do this besides letting them drink all the swimming pool water?

  • Well come on, what do you expect form someone who alks like this: they to young to hold they breath. :/

  • I know that babies can hold their breath, but I'm scared that the baby will keep it's eyes open O.O

  • Babies are born with the ability to swim and hold their breath when they go underwater. It's a natural reflex that babies have, they don't have try or anything because they were born with it. Since babies are too weak to protect themselves, they have natural reflexes to protect themselves.

  • Seriously though that is the cutest baby ever :)

  • Omg if u say babies cannot hold their breathe than you are retarded. It is a natural instinct. Gosh if Ur that dumb you need an education. People theese days I sware!

  • @KitKatBeanie you obviously need an education in grammer.

  • why are there so many idiots saying this is child abuse? this is the reccomended way of teaching babies to swim. Babies instinctivly kick their legs and stuff. Obviously you shouldnt just toss them in the water and leave them, but the parents are right there keeping close supervision. There is also probably a life guard close by.

  • Aww I like the lil legs kicking :") too cute

  • Babies are actually okay with doing this. Think about it they are sitting in the moms stomach for months surrounded by fluid. They are to small to be aware of what they are doing anyways. If it wasn't safe they wouldn't allow mothers to give birth in water either. It's not like that are holding their babies under water. Don't you see them kicking their legs. This Is Common! Chill!! They are NOT dying. :/

  • Wow seriously the mother breathes into the babies mouth giving air to its lungs so its able to swim i have a cousin that is 8 months and its mom does that and the baby swims laps 0.o

  • its not real they to small to hold they breath

  • that is sad

  • OK these kids are BABIES!!! they dont know how to hold there breathe!! Why are people so stupid?

  • OMG you people are idiots, you know that all babies are born with the natural instinct to hold their breath underwater? So it's not child abuse and no they are not drowning it

  • This the most strangest thing a mother can do but it so cute and funny

  • Like Seriously,

Why Do People Take Videos Of Child Abuse??

  • STUIPED ASS SHIT I EVER SEEN!

  • Omg everyone stop sugar coating this she's basically drowning her baby shut up about o its teaching the baby to swim or o its for survival wait for the baby to grow up so u can explain what ur doing to the baby ugh so people are not fit to be parents

  • @sese875 "Omg" this is a safe practice when done in this environment. i suggest you do some research on how common it is. these are the beginning stages that develop their understanding of holding their breath. the whole point is NOT DROWNING so your comment is pretty much ignorant and belligerently stated. if you have an opinion write it clearly with "oh"s, not "o", and "you're"s, not "ur".

  • Fuck u babies can drownned easly and thats is so fakee

  • VVVV

    lol c:

  • how did i get from games to cats to pomenarian dog thingys tho this... and there goes my manlyness

  • Wtf Wtf Wtf Wtf

  • And heres what they dont show you.............. the buggers crying for hours and shitting in the pool.

  • keep that up for water pressure brain damage

  • What the fuck! The baby doesn't know to hold their breath!

  • @katiecarva actually they do. after a few months baby's acquire survival instincts. infants can actually swim. many people used to throw their baby's into water so that their survival instinct would take over and they'd know how to swim from a young age. they hold legitimate classes now rather than tossing your baby into some creek.

  • @xxdarkangel15xx Yes, in order for us to learn how to swim, my mom threw both me and my sister into the deep end when we were practically still babies. She used to be a lifeguard so she didn't feel that we were in any danger and knew what to do if we were.

  • Babies retain the ability to hold their breath automatically months after birth.

  • um im srry but dis scared the hell out of me . . . the baby looks scared :[

  • OMFG! WOW THESE BITCHES ARE MESSED UP!

  • -_________________________________________-

  • Humans know how to swim from birth...proven fact

  • Check out this alternative instead SWIMTRAINER - put that into the search...and can be used from 3 Months. You can buy it at THE THINKING BABY in the UK

  • wow mom is so fair n white. i want her

  • so cute!

  • i take my kid to swimming lessons and they dont just dunk them in its gradual... and they have certain instincts.. like when they hit the bottom of the pool with both feet they push up...FOR EG.. but it needs to b taught and you do try to teach them when they go under to hold their breath by being repetitive,,, ready GO.. then under...

  • WTF?!?!?! :O

  • Not a good idea to just put you infant into the pool. They aren't swimming....it's spastic movement called stereotypies.

  • @habbiebulin that is what it looks like to me to!!!!!

  • i think its wrong. some these babies in these videos dont look happy. its nutts

  • i wish i was that smart as a baby

  • people are stupid, when babies are born you can put them to swimming classes!cause when they were in the stomac they were into water!

  • Learning to swim is a life saving skill. It doesn't matter when someone is taught how to swim.. As long as the person or baby or child can save themself if they happen to fall into a pool, or lake, or river, or hell the ocean - no one is going to care how they learned to swim. To me, I dont care how old the child is. As long as they know how to swim when something does happen.

  • @themynashow

This is actually completely pointless! All baby's under 6 months can do this but over 6 months they completely forget it no matter how much you teach them. So it's only logical to just not have water in your pool or have a fence around it!

  • All they do is blow in the babies face and do it. We use to do it with my niece all the time, just not like that, we would blow in her face then put her under for like half a second.

  • Could teach the kid not to drown.. But sure cant teach the 5 month year old how to swim.. Really point less.. Just don't have fuckin water in your pool until the kid is at least the age of 4... PROBLEM SOLVED!!.. dumbasses..

  • isnt the chloriene bad for the babies?

  • this is a great way to help the kids from drowing and reduce their skills underwater when i have a baby im totally doing this

  • is this child abuse???

  • waw !!

  • i read that if you go underwater with clorine its gonna improve the chances of getting blind. so if your one of those parents that say you should have your kid start swimming underwater then stop going on the internet because you dont know what your talking about.

  • @Lasgati44 I'm guessing you heard this from an extremely reliable source.

  • my mom did this when i was eight months old, thank god. i was always the best swimmer outta all my friends and family. it really helps to start out young. it reduced drowing.

  • All fun and games till the baby drowns. This is some fucked up child abuse. Instincts??? LMFAO if this was done to me when I was a baby I would grow up paranoid of drowning. If this wasn't done to me when I was a baby, I'm sure I would know to hold my breath under water anyways. How dumb are you people.

  • @ILiveToRemember Babies are grown and born UNDERWATER. What do you think it means when a mother's "water breaks"? Most retain the instinct to hold their breath underwater if dunked within 6 months of being born. Continuing to train this instinct can easily save their lives! The reason why many toddlers die upon falling into a pool has everything to do with extreme panic leading to breathing in water. Trained to hold their breath and relax, will cause them to float, which may save their lives!

  • Navy seal in progress

  • more like 2 ladies pass a baby underwater

  • Except they aren't really swimming, they are just getting kinda thrown through the water.....??

  • @Saint7456 there holding there breath when they go under. and kicking. most call that swimming.

  • @Saint7456 You try Swimming underwater at the age of 1. Obviously Your nOt going to dunk your baby in the water and leave them there. Logic.

  • @Saint7456 thats it.. people dreaming.. haha

  • 0:16 hey its the album of nirvana

  • Ok um I learned to swim by myself with no help true story!

  • this is awesome! i think my parents had me in swimming 'lessons' when i was about 3 months! such a valuable practice as these babies haven't got any unnecessary fears regarding the water! its brilliant

  • I'm gonna drown my baby and use this as an excuse.

  • @sidney3808 HAHAHAHAhahaha, omg this made me giggle so much.

  • Reminded me of Nirvana.

  • i love thos sexy MILF ,,,, (^_~)

  • from what age start teaching them ?

    & why

  • i love swimming!

  • I know that it's just a reflex in babies when they are that young but it still freaks me out to see it.

  • @pinksugarganster why is it necessary to acknowledge my un necessary comment?

  • Huhg

  • when i have kids im doing this!!! :D

  • To me it looks more like an attempt to drown it, then they remembered the camera was on so she got the baby out.

  • @ghostmanofnuthin69 what's your deal? your comment was not necessary. there was no way that they would do that.

  • The babies aren't swimming! The moms are just throwing the kid under water while the baby kicks his/her legs. The mom caught the baby while the baby was under water!

  • you see ... infants instinctively do the right thing ..they lie flat on water and kick their feet ..... tell that to a grown up idiot and he will suspend himself vertical and go straight to the bottom

  • im soryy but i would never do that to my baby the poor things

  • @bieberbabes4ever2010 wat if he drowned nd u werent there if u teacher him he wuld know nd not drown

  • @iiEdit2 well ive seen a different one that gave more details so and u donr kno me so bck off

  • Not only is this safe and benificial, its soooo cute to watch and this baby looks like shes having a great time <3

  • keep pressing 0 :O

  • press 1 20 times thumbs up if you get it

  • @tomsarah644 hahaa, i got it!!!!

  • when i have a baby i am doin this :) i learned how to swim when i was 15 when i was 8 i drowned and i DO NOT want that to happen to one of my kids or any kid

  • @wwedivahiphopprinces You died at 8 and yet learned to swim at 15......impressive

  • @wwedivahiphopprinces If you drowned, wouldn't that mean that you would be dead.

  • this is a swimming reflex which all babies exhibit! its not a special skill or training! and there is no benefit as this instinctual reflex wears off in a few months.

  • theyre so cute and agressive!!! ahhh...:)))

  • Stop hating guys

  • Aww that's so cute

  • It's not a skill, it's instinctual that babies lose after 6 months. It's not training or teaching in any way.

  • @XrandomXvids She's not trying to kill him. She's doing the complete opposite; teaching him a skill that could save his life!

Doesn't matter if you're 5 years or 5 months old- It's complete instinct for anyone not to inhale when put underwater. I sometimes I wish I'd been taught as a baby, because it would be naturally a part of your life as long as you can remember, as opposed to remembering the potential trauma of starting at the age of 5/6.

  • @EditorTasha

if it a instinct, then you dont need to learn it...

  • @pawzz1 Lol I didn't even think of that when I read that comment.

  • @pawzz1 They don't so much need to learn not to breathe under water no, but it is beneficial to teach a baby not to fear the water. I remember my first swimming lesson at the age of 5, and I was terrified! This is as much about teaching a baby to just love and enjoy the water, as much as it is to increase their chances of survival, if something should happen.

  • @EditorTasha EXACTLY! I agree. Holding your breath is total instinct. It's not taught to hold your breath. Just as it's not taught to blink your eyes / flinch when something comes toward you. Because it's natural. People who don't get that, need to read up.

  • @EditorTasha You're quite right. Up until a certain point, your brain won't even allow you to inhale the water. It's only after a matter of minutes that an override goes through that forces you to breathe.

  • @XrandomXvids thats what japanese - chinese ppl do. i learned swimming when i was like 9

  • @XrandomXvids You need help...!! Do some research before posting this garbage...

  • @XrandomXvids you have to be the dumbest fuck on the internet. Try just doing a simple 2 minutes of educating yourself before posting completely ignorant and outright incorrect things on here.

  • @MrBillLumberg wtttfff??????

  • AWWW!

  • it looks like pushing instead of swimming.

  • i've seen a commercial like this when i was younger. It talked about how babies instinctively knew how to hold there breath when put under.

  • That's so mean

  • Oh hey.. those little legs kicking away.... wow

  • what happens when the baby swallows too much water and mother cannot perform cpr ??? could that happen?

  • 20 years later i still cant swim or dip my head into the water. let alone this baby already learn how to paddle the feet.

    =======(

  • well it is dangerous VERY dangerous not too long ago my moms freinds cousin had a daughter and they were at a pool and went to the front desk and left the kid with the aunt and unkle but they forgot she was in the very crowded pool and she got stuck under water for 8-10 minutes and died post this warning on other videos for children sake

  • LMAO this ain't swimming! Its more like tossing a kid under water, fuck do you honestly think the kids are remembering this as a skill its more or less natural selection, this is literally the stupidest thing I have ever seen, and yes I do have children, stupid city slicker fucks.

  • @WesternMilita wow ignorant and stupid, sweety maybe the internet isn't for you.

  • @WesternMilita I feel sorry for your kids, I was introduced to water when I was too young to think for myself and now I absolutely love it, and I will teach my kids when they are babies too. You must be one of those over protective moms who grew up in a sheltered environment where nothing too riskay ever happens.

  • @Itouchhelp91 when they are babies it seems pointless, watch the video, the kid is not swimming, they are flailing in fear.

  • @WesternMilita They're flailing because it's a feeling they haven't been used to in quite some time. Every baby is going to have a strange reaction to something unfamiliar. Babies don't like shots, but they're necessary. Babies don't like getting their diapers changed, but we don't let them sit around in their own filth. Babies may not like swimming at first, but it's important they learn to do it.

  • @WesternMilita I'm not surprised in the LEAST your name on here is "westernmilita" though I'm sure that was misspelled. Babies are born with the natural reflex to close their epiglottis when submerged in water so they aren't going to drown. This reflex goes away at about 6-10 months, every baby is an individual when it comes to that. However, it is a great necessity for parents to teach their children young so they don't drown. By the way, is half of your vocabulary only swear words?

  • please wear thongs

  • they dont really look like they are swimming it looks like they are having a leg spasm but still cute :)

  • babies have the instinct to move their legs and hold their breath underwater. stop freaking outtt.

  • Comment removed

  • @CARIMONSTER noo, no vemos porque esta nadando feliz...

  • This is probably one of the smartest things to do with your babies. Ever. If you have a pool, think of how much it reduces the risk of drowning. Good on these mothers; when I have a kid, I'm doing this.

  • @Denali567 I wish I would have started this with my kids when they were young. Now my 3 yr old son is too frightened.

  • @Denali567 True that.

  • @Denali567 amen!

  • @Denali567 survival of the fitest

  • it doesn't swim they push her through

  • @MrMasterMinecraftMan i dont know i have a lot of issues

  • q hermosura

  • people? why do you have to feed the trolls?

  • 0:10 that little wants to go!

  • Awwwww how cuteeeeeeeeee xxxx

  • gotta laugh at all the freaked out psychos here. babies are obviously fine, they are not swimming through hoops like dogs, they are most certainly not in danger and there are countless benefits from this. before you start criticizing something go learn about it and stop making stupid assumptions. twats.

  • I do not get the nay-sayers. So many babies die from drowning, this is amazing.

  • You know, people, that I was in this type of class, and I'm the best swimmer many people have seen. I've saved a few people, and have taught other people how to swim. This helps babies a lot when they are younger; it makes them learn how to swin- which helps the parents out because they know for a fact tthe child can swim- it has a basis for swiming when they are older, and it's very good bonding method. As you see the babies love it So if you saw it's child abuse, that's really sad for you.

  • All babies udner six months has reflexes. They can swim even underwater without drowning. Ignorance is bad.

  • what is the funn in that real y ?

  • people dont realize just how important (under proper and safe instruction) teaching your baby to swim is. although some consider swimming just a recreational activity, i consider it a human life skill.

  • @michelleslameaccount Absolutely! When I was little, my parents put me through all kinds of swimming lessons, to the point that I thought they were trying to push me into competitive swimming. I loved swimming, as a result, but not enough to compete, and life moved on. Many years later, I started meeting all these people who didn't get the great influences my parents "pushed" on me, and I was blown away: They feared the water or couldn't swim! I was shocked, and also totally grateful.

  • @michelleslameaccount I agree! When I was very little, my Dad and his friends would bring me to the beach and teach me to swim in 5-foot deep water. At first you'd think it's crazy, but it's actually helpful and it's a life-saving skill. My 7-year-old cousin is a fish. He's brave enough to swim in an 8-foot deep pool.

  • @michelleslameaccount Totally agree. May not seem like it but swimming is very much a life skill. You never know when a time will come that such what we consider an easy thing will save your life.

  • @michelleslameaccount Dear Michelle, You are right although babies at the age from 6 months till 1.5 years old they dont learn to swim but they learn to hold their breath, kick their legs and we use it to teach the parents basic safety rules and tricks to make their babies get used to the water rapidly

  • how does your baby do that

  • Nevermind!

  • Why thru a hoop like dog tho?

  • its not swimming youre fucking launching it through water.

  • Will the chlorine in the pool hurt the babies eyes?

  • How in the hell did I get here?10 minutes ago I was watching a UDK tutorial.

  • come on, the tunnel was a tunnel to a baby... for u? I'm not sure u can fit into it or not...

  • When the baby is smiling, it's not being abused.
