I am with Tiscali which is now owned by TalkTalk And I hate them slow as hell my friend down the road gets 3 times the speed I get and he Is paying about the same amount as me he is with BT my download speed 1.50mbps upload speed 0.45mbps.
I should of known better than to trust a company who hand out leaflets on the street advertising misleading info. THat implies desperation. THey are obviously making profit in some way and they appear to be slowing down the connection at certain times. At times it is like a non broadband connection. It amazes me these companies can go into bussiness. If there is one lesson to be learned from this it is don't trust anybody
TalkTalk are an appalling company. They do not deal with complaints if they do bother to answer your emails. They will sign you up to a contract and then keep increasing the price. They also pass on your telephone number to Telepest companies who call day and night. If it costs more to go with another company then pay the extra. AVOID TalkTalk at all costs or spend your time regreting your decision to join them. Report all problems to Ofcom and/or the TPS.

I got an email from TalkTalk saying how I can get 2 months for half price, and so I signed up for it. I didn't know that it was a NEW 18 month contract. They didnt mention that anywhere on the upgrade page.
I only found out about this new contract when I called up to get a MAC code for Sky Broadband, and they told me I can't get one since I have 17 months of my ''new'' contract left.
I do a lot of things online....and it was off for a whole day, rang them up and all they wanted to know is did we pay the bill!...no internet till next day since that happened goes off every day and because we didnt have THEIR router they said they cant do anything so we got there fucking router and had a engineer come out to the house....we was getting 0.10 download speed on a good day, they guy came and phoned someone got to 1.20 without doing nout...still crap!!! he did nothing when he came!!

yep ur right i used to have talktalk it was ballllllbag it kept on discounecting every 20 mins or so and comes on after time but 2 months ago i switched to virgin media fiber optic broadband its better than bt fiber optic, virgin has exteramly fast speed and unlimited usage i would recomend virgin media (fiber optic) or bt (fiber optic) and sky broadband (fiber optic), these are the only best broadband companys which are good for gaming and heavy uasge of internet, like your video

I suspect some of the positive comments posted here are from talktalk sales people. I have spoken to at least 20 talktalk customers (or ex-customers) - all have either left talktalk or are trying to. Avoid avoid avoid.
