Did you hear the words "under investigation" at the beginning of the video. That's because police first do an internal investigation themselves to determine if an officer should see a judge. They basically have two trials and this is exactly why police do the incredibly stupid things they do... They know they can get away with it.

Did you hear the words "under investigation" at the beginning of the video. That's because police first do an internal investigation themselves to determine if an officer should see a judge. They basically have two trials and this is exactly why police do the incredibly stupid things they do... They know they can get away with it.
