This the REAL motive for the whole population control scam. Families w/ great fortunes tend to be strongly motivated to limit their family size. Large families will divide & thus reduce the families fortune. Having a great inheritance tends to dull the motive to go out & build new wealth, thus you want a limited number grasping for a share of the fortune. In a democratic society this is a threat to the great families. Thus these great family fortunes also seek to limit the larger society.
