I honestly would like to believe it was suicide. Think of it this way: If it was suicide, it means that he wanted to leave the world behind and that was his wish granted. If it was accidental overdose then it would mean that he wasn't ready to leave- that he still had things to do that he would never be able to.

Well, Jimmy Sullivan, better known as The Rev, was Avenged's drummer. He died on December 28th on 2009, by accidental overdose. He was a really promissor person. He wasn't only a drummer, he was an inspiration for every Avenged Sevenfold fan. He was an incredible person, and I can tell you, he would be the best drummer in this world if he could had lived a little bit more.
