I'm not Scottish I am from European heritage but I have always loved the bagpipes and I love watching the Edinburgh Military Tattoo and these pipers are awesome and I know not everyone likes the pipes but there are alot of other instruments that are annoying...Tradition is Tradition...My best friend is Scottish and her dad use to play the pipes and was darn good but when he was in a bad mood watch out they sounded terrible.(payback we reckon that's why he did it) Keep Piping :)

The Bagpipes have never been restricted to Scotland or Ireland and are in fact probably one of the oldest music makers that people used to dance too, yes Scotland is known for its bagpipes and the reason is probably because we were the only nation that kept it up for a long time and was mainly used to motivate troops for battle and Scotland has had its fair share!

Some of the Worlds best Pipe bands dont even come from Scotland,so lets just enjoy the music that is the Mass Pipes & Drums.
