@oscarmvl First the sound, Do not leave the beater stuck in the bass drum head, spread it on every hit. Then practice 8s notes in each foot to develop both feets. And then, practice some double strokes on each foot too!!! :)

i can see by the way the drum set is constructed that you know your drums. this kit is an 7 piece kit, with 13 cymbals, and it looks like it took pretty much forever to get this put together in the way you want it. very impressive! it must have taken a lot of money and effort to get this set exactly how you want. kudos man, kudos!

I watched this (and your Linkin Park video) and, to be quite honest, thought it was pretty average sorry. Very tight and well played, but no originality at all. I then went and watched your drum solo... WOW! Why don't you incorporate any of the stuff you CAN do into your work?! You've got nothing to lose you're recording so if you stuff up you can just try again! You're doing covers not copies I say show everyone what you've got man!

Great but, is this a drum cover or a music video? dude, some of us are watching drum covers to actually 'learn'. If you want to be artistic, choose a camera angle that's both nice and learning conducive.. But it's great, hands down..

Seriously dude, listen to me, you have serious skill. But if you wanna be as successful as Cobus on Youtube (who is the best example of Youtubes star) you're gonna have to work a little harder. See, Cobus fulfilled the each song he played with his on character. You're playing your songs perfectly, but theyre just covers, very little is different. Try and creat something of your own... you probably hate being compared to Cobus, but the kid is awesome and has accomplished what very few have online

@trommnorse Depends my friend, I worked this song very similar as Josh Freese did in the Evanescence recording, I only change some licks, but the grooves are the same. I didn't wanted to change the grooves! But I understand your concern. I think some style of music you need to play very flat, for example this song. The original drums arrangement for this song is perfect, its why I did'n change it.
