here we knew about mexican military helping with drug crossing. There have been arrests of Sheriffes, statetroopers, and polices officers who have help with the transport of drugs across south Texas.

Why do people continue to try and fix a symtom and not the problem. The problem with Mexico was the austerity they were served when the USA via the IMF bailed them out in the 90s. IMF and NAFTA are the reason why there are so many problems down there. When there are no jobs, your infrastructure is gutted and corporatism takes over, people resort to a life of crime and corruption to survive.
