wouldnt it have been better if you first browned the steak, put it on the side and then throw your chopped onion and carrots (time for perfection) on top of the crust of the browned steak (the remains in the pan) with a little bit of soda or beer. gives it a more distinct flavor
@jennymack1983 If you don;t like pasta & rice don't add that. Sometimes i add the m& sometimes i don't. I prefer it with out the rice & usually only put in 1/4 of the pasta. :)
