Whatever happened with Bright and Hannah? I know that the last time we see Hannah, she is dropping that Colorado A&M envelope in the mail, so is that implied that she is getting back together with Bright?
I just watched the Everwood series finale today, and I just want to say how much I enjoyed this series. Someone told me about the show and said it was really good, but there was just one problem and that was that it only had 4 seasons. So, I bought the complete series and watched it from beginning to end and I am sad that it's over. As I saw Ephram, Amy, Dr. Brown, Bright, Hannah, Dr. and Mrs. Abbott for the final time in the final episode, I felt sad, like I was saying goodbye to friends. :-(
I never understood how they could continue a show like one tree hilll and not everwood that to me was always wack ! Everwood was like a show of the forgotten era of the 90's a classic good family oriented show . not a teen soap opera .... it reminds me of Dr Quinn medicine woman in a sense because of how oriented these shows were and why they were such gems on Values , morals , ethics ,love and family they are class act shows and it is unfortunate in this day and age shows like this dont exist.
@SuperArtist23 if you're looking for something like everwood, there's this new show with rachel bilson that really reminds me of it. it's called hart of dixie, airs right after gossip girl i think.
@angelinathestrange thanks i have been watching it ... its one of my new fav's .. its one of the few shows i like to watch now .. the comedy , the rare moments of drama ...but no show will ever be like everwood ... its one of the shows that kinda stays with you long after its over .... its episodes were always beautifully crafted with strong leading characters and its rare to watch tv today that is original not based off of books or a series ... it was a show with real heart and i miss it

A beautiful scene in the finale of "Everwood", and yes, it is such a shame the show did not continue. On that note, every story has an ending, and "Everwood" gave closure to all of the various characters that comprised the show. I just finished watching the 4th and final season, and no doubt, "Everwood" is the type of show that will stay with me for a long time to come... The show is/was timeless as it is all about relationships and how they make us who we are as individuals...
i don't like the alternate ending that they filmed in case it got picked up...it ruins this ending for me! but at the same time i'm pretty sure Amy and Ephram would end up together even if there was another season because they belong together! :)

the best feelgood, really genuinely nice series and one of my favourite's ever, i totally fell in love with Emily Vancamp from the first episode i watched.
I rarely followed these episodes but I really enjoy these highpoint film clips. Very darling. Love the sweetness. Life should be full of such niceties.

I do agree that it was one of the best shows...where else can u find a family comedy/drama with a little medical drama and some soap mixed in? The setting was the best for a show ever. I was disappointed like everyone else when it was canceled, but at least the writers/producers were smart and knew what they were up against, and wrote and shot two finales. Too bad they couldn't find a way to end the show with the Ferris Wheel in front of the Train Station...would have been more symbolic! 8D

I hate the CW. They canceled this and they canceled Veronica Mars, while America's Next Top Model and One Tree Hill kept on running. It makes me sick, the good television that was wasted by people who only care about the current trend for ratings.
Oh my god I think Everwood is one of the best an most emotional series. I love Ephram so much and I love Gregory Smith for playing that role so perfect!
cause upn and the wb merged into the cw and some hot shot thought it would have given too many dramas to the new network. And that it would either loose it's own rating or cause a new show to loose ratings. So they dropped it.
I never even watched this series, but that still made me teary eyed :")

The season 4 DVD set has an alternate ending that they filmed in case the series was picked up. It doesn't end quite this happily for Amy...
