If you don't know yet, Animegramma, this is S4 League, a stylish 3rd person shooter. It has gained popularity in the last year (about) that it has been out.
The lag rate isn't that bad in-game, unless part of the server is under maintenance, or if you are trying to play on a server that is meant for another country.
ie: living in America and playing on a German server.
