@dinkipooxa It's not the picture per se, it's the act of invading another person's personal space without their permission to take the picture. It also involves having empathy for the person who has been taken advantage. So yes, all captured moments have meaning otherwise we wouldn't keep them would we?
The perpetrators that do this don't want to stop, they WILL NOT stop because it is a compulsion, a need. They do not see their victims as people they see them as walking genitalia. There are thousands of videos on Youtube of guys stalking their victims and channel subscribers getting their thrill, rating and commenting those videos. Their assault is via a camera rather than by forcible rape, knife, gun. Wake up people!
The law is good, but where do you draw the line for "peeping" at someone in public? What guy can honestly say he has never looked at a womans clevige, their panties as the woman bends over. I can see this law getting ot of hand.
@FJ509 You draw the line at not taking the photograph. Accidentally getting a peek is a normal and exciting part of adult male and female interaction. Sneaking up on an unsuspecting victim and photographing her genitals is another. Where would you draw the line if it was your wife, or your child?
For adult women - all fair game as long the woman is providing a view perspective (knowingly or not) to anywhere that anyone might legally carry a camera (such as on his shoe on an escalator). Not fair game where privacy is explicit or implied such as hidden in locker rooms. BUT- snapping kiddies' undies is a crime period no matter where!
@laidykaren Not true at least not in the USA. Private areas are considered private at ALL times it is a woman's right. Since apparently some persons in our society do not see women as having rights then we need laws in place so we can punish these persons when they do not control themselves.
Having bizarre urges is no ones fault because no one can control the nature of their urges. BUT when one acts on them, and they do damage to someone else, ESPECIALLY children, it is the responsibility of ALL adults to stop it by any means.
@miayamm No it is not legal in the United States. Puposely invading a person's privacy is taken very seriously here especially when it's a person's genitalia.
SO, in english and using words that 98% of people can understand what you are saying is its not doing any harm, Leave these poeple to do it if they want to. I agree but NOT to kids! Adults yes, its fun and I have done it loads of time but not to kids, thats just gross!
@proudrfc Why do you want to look up a skirt? Answer that then you know what harm he is doing. It is not OK to take pictures of another person's genitals without their permission. Just because a person is able to do something doesn't mean they should, it is called self restraint and having respect for another person's personal space.
Wish I had pics of her. She's hot!

Battery for 'brushing' someone? Are they being sarcastic? I understand the guy is a sick fuck who deserves to be punished but lets not lie to do it.

@Lpoolboy I agree, it should be about the act of taking the photo of the genitals, covered or not.
