The problem is an electronic problem. A weak magnetic pulse from cell phone or road sensor will cause full throttle effect.

The hall effect sensor picks up magnetic road sensor pulse. Take a magnet and place it near your gas pedal and see what happens. There is a magnetic strip inside that sits in front of the sensor.
