Michael Bisping talking about weight issues

My brothers 4th Dan at tae kwon do and personal trainer he arranged for Michael Bisping to come down it was very good! My brother is hopig to ge himearly next year to do they same again. i will post some details nearer time tickets for this were £30 for a 3 hour training session. He is a really nice bloke who really put us through our paces and taught us a lot. It was mney well spent!
