why did'nt you slice a potato for potato chip...the machine also does that also. You should have demonstrated this feature also. Not just Pasta like Veggies

you made that look so easy, im going to try to use mine again. the first time i used it i couldnt get it to work and then i cut myself when i was trying to clean it and never got it out again . . . . thanks for the tips!

what do you do with the core?

I usually eat it while im spiralizing.. or add it to the blended dressing. or cut it into small pieces and add it to the noodles.
