I think the idea of a neon bible is something that catches attention and is accepted as good even though people don't read it. The people who do read it are drawn to it because it is neon and perceived as good. Upon reading the neon bible it is not what is made out to be. "not much chance for survival is the neon bible is true"

No it is not an atheist anthem. They talk alot about religion in their songs, but they are not atheists.

Arcade Fire is an unsual group. They've enjoyed international success but have yet to signed with a major label. Their last CD was elaborately packaged despite major labels decrying packaging costs for major artsits, and they managed to put out this vieo, which is really quite good. I'm glad that they have been able to retain their musical integrity and have gained in the public view at the same time. Great song, great artists.
