0:27 was "It's the Great Pumpkin Sam Winchester". Castiel is shaking Sam's Hand. And 0:36 is either "I know what you did last summer", or "Heaven and Hell".
Don't know exactly what it's called, but it's the episode when they find out that red head girl was an angel. I used to have all of these episodes, but then my DVR broke and then we canceled satellite :( We'll I guess I have to wait until the season comes out for sale.
