Oh, and I forgot - notice how Latimer changes from his intro with the Les Paul to the hot pickup- driven Strat. Great passion, melodic sense and timing!
Some of the most melodic and creative progressive rock ever made! Beautiful melodies and instrumental progressions perfectly transition its movements - this was a thinking-man's prog rock. Latimer's guitar and awesome tone perfectly set the pace - but he ALWAYS complementing the whole - he NEVER overplays. He very much reminds me of David Gilmour's Stratocaster style and intuitive approach. The terrific interplay between guitar and keyboard creates some fantastic textures and dynamics. Timeless!
Its so great to see the original line-up of Camel here. In fact, I remember seeing this clip on Whistle Test when it was first broadcast back in 1975. Such memories!
Camel is the best progressiv band all time! Pink Floyd is nothing agains them, I think! Latimer is just soo good on his guitar! I love this album, from their classic time. Camel for ever, right?
Big time, Same thing with Pink Floyd (I admire the Floyd big time, nothing against them as well) Camel are an amazing Progressive Rock band and the Snow Goose is one of the best instrumental prog rock albums ever from beginning to end.
The Woodwind Quartet is priceless-Peter Bardens arrangment-composition i'm sure. These guys should re-form & they'll sell a millon if they change their name slightly....to....Camel TOE!
heck yes. iam a HUGE camel fan. THEY NEVER REALLY PLAYED THIS LIVE. but i think i know this show and like meny like it " the beat club" they where made to lip sing. thats the vershion off the album.
that is the only draw back BUT its camel and seeing them in their prime is the best. the have and always will alway rock. long live latimer, R.I.P. pete.
and the rest. gods of light.
LONG LIVE CAMEL.

l'unico problema del prog è che non ti puoi scatenare sotto il palco... è un genere troppo colto e aristocratico per fare certe cose... pazienza! :D
