Read him roots backwards so its got a happy ending. Classic Cornette!! WWE and TNA should take notes on how to do microphone work. Nobody did it better.
@T74G He said I dont even like people that work for a living, much less street people.Ha.I wouldn't go as far to say he was one of the 5 best on the Mic, but he was damn good. There was another sleazy manager around at the same time as Cornette called Jimmy or Greg Hart. He had long hair down his back and people hated him too. By being on the Mic, youre excluding wrestlers and talking bout Managers and announcers,I agree.
There was a lot of political incorrectness in wrestling. Some of it was hysterical. Lou Albano, Ernie Ladd those guys were some of the best. Cornette had some great lines as well.
Anytime a guy says "as a african american" on his youtube posts he's usually white.

The way Cornette's voice went up when Big Mama came around was pretty funny.
Manager-wise, though, nobody could run with Cornette.

lol...as an objective african american and life long JCP fan...that shit was funny as hell!!
this will sound odd, but JCP did not give a rats ass about "PC" terminology...if it made you tune in..it was all good!!
Plus Cornette is probably number 5 all time on the mic in the sports history!!
T74G 2 years ago 15
As another objective african american and life long JCP fan, I thought it was funny too!
"Big Momma's been on more street corners than the NY Times"...classic! Cornette has always had some good ones over the years.
