So hard to learn clinching the Thai way,you have to visit a camp in Thailand and daily practice with the guys there for a month at least,unfortunatly this tape is not a good ilustration of Thai clinch work.

First thing to work in a good strong base with the feet,shoulder width to avoid being thrown,also please remember use of the hip to throw is not allowed in the rules of Muay Thai.
