  • Boys this is a crazy video !!! you guys should of taken first place u got a wicked cameraman too !

  • So with this new "mantis headdown" position, is it not applicable as a "mantis sitfly" position? Same idea, but the wind is hitting the shins instead of the calves? That way your arms are always out infront for grips/docks.

Haven't tried it but I think it's a neat idea.

  • Some of those transitions are crazy, so fast while being so close.

  • PS - if you guys took 2nd, who the HELL took 1st?!?!

This is the next level right here!

  • Sick as f*ck people!

Very interesting body position with legs and arms flying very adjacent to torso - where is this flying style developed from? Not seen much like that before!

PLEASE POST MORE VIDS ASAP! THANKS!

  • i think you are talking about that shot from the tunnel? actually they are flying mantis head-down (legs back, arms forward) but the camera is upside-down giving the impression that they are flying head-up. it looks crazy and threw me off too!

either way these guys are real nasty!

  • Nah they are flying like that in the air too - but you are right, it's like a weird mantis position (legs out at right angle from knee down, and arms forward) while head down. Where has this position been developed from? I really want to try this, it looks super solid and looks like it will help slow me down which is what i need to work on.

  • from what i understand its what they are teaching the up and coming freefliers instead of straddle and then moving to daffy.

maybe someone with a better understanding can give insight

  • Dope video! You boys are awesome! Thanx for sharing...
