You're taking it too literally. Basically the first few phrases were about him lover her, a little, a lot, passionately, etc. But when you listen to the words, you realize that he sat in the waiting room of the hospital as she died...and Sarah said that "love is watching someone die"...he didn't watch, hence the "not at all" at the end.
Just for info the part where she writes -un peu -beaucoup -passionement -a la folie -pas du tout is the french equivalent of our "he loves me he loves me not" thing. Supposedly, it's what you say when plucking the petals off a flower. But, you are supposed to say je t'aime at the beginning instead of i' m'aime. Just for info! ^^

I always saw this video as the girl being dead and trying to get him to be happy and think about her and to see that he loves her and remember her but he is so preoccupied with her death and being sad about her he doesn't stop to think about the love they shared and he should remember that and not to dwell on things we have no control over. But that's just me.
i love this song so much it makes me cry i just get so angry when people don't discover beautiful music like this but it's probably alot more beautiful songs i don't know about thats why i look for new one's all the time

Moi = Me
you said she should write "I like/love him",
but she is writing "He likes/loves me".
