The majority of illegal immigrants dont use stolen social security numbers, they use fake numbers that do not belong to anyone. This is money used to fund schools among other social benefits, so yes illegal immigrants have the right to enroll their children in taxpayer funded schools.

This doesnt justify anything, it explains things through a perspective that is not narrow minded (like that of Mrs. Gaines). The majority of illegal immigrants dont use stolen social security numbers, they use fake numbers that do not belong to anyone. Consequently, it is estimated that $9 billion in paid taxes are unclaimed every year. This is money used to fund schools among other social benefits, so yes illegal immigrants have the right to enroll their children in taxpayer funded schools.
