How do you use this with NLP?

When I teach a class I make these unconsciously. The Auditory conscious dominate say I can do that or what the hell is he doing, the Visual conscious dominate see something they can do or learn to do, the Kenesthetic feel it's a distraction or they can do this, which occupies the conscious so that I can ladel info into there unconscious where they learn - hence speed learing!
