Yes. This deputy mayor for Antonio Villaraigosa sleeps on the job, despite his responsibility for human suffering (like traffic problems) and for failing to stop the killing of healthy animals by protecting the incompetent shelter GM brought to LA after the guy was unanimously told to hit the pavement in NY after only two years.

This dozing deputy hired the sleazy shelter GM for Villaraigosa, put him in charge of a $22 million budget, even though he is a drop out!
