Wow. I pray for him and wish him the best. I'm glad that he's found strength out of his vulnerability. We as humans can't be happy and strong ALL the time. When things get REALLY tough, sometimes we need someone else to be strong for us. That's where good family and friends (like you MoMo) come in. Does this guy have depression? I don't quite get how someone can get to this point.What exactly does a person do in his situation to get better? I have known suicidal people but they were like "sit around the house and dwell on bad things" I don't see why he wants to do it.

i`ve nearly been there, the idea popped in my head at a bad time like it does for a few of us and only thinking about it was as far as it went and when i think of the things i`ve done since then... well it doesn`t bare thinking about. you Rule your life, your life don`t rule you, something i`ve come to believe and only starting to put into practic. good vibes man!

People are way too hard on themself. It's a common problem, particularly for the above average talented people. A good technique that's helped me alot is to celebrate when I have done some heavy work. It's actually important to celebrate and treat yourself a little, because it helps you relax, be proud of yourself and vent out some steam.
