  • MARAVILHOSOOOOO ! realy wonderfull this song, I Love this choir because they sing with their soul, its a song to God ! Its amasing ... i don't have words to express... (only in portuguese). God bless You

  • Man!!! Whew!!!! These people can saaaannnng!!!! The Lord was not short coming with their talent!!!!!! I know a lot of people who would have cracked long before the ending of the song!!!!!

  • The Sopranos are AWESOME!

  • That's my Aunt Stephanie!!!

  • @jamlaws72 Have you heard your aunt on Richard's new CD?? Search for Smallwood + Mender

  • FIRST I LOOOOOOOOOOOOOVE the soprano at @ 2:23 & her again @ 4:54 with the short haircut and black earrings CUZ SHE WAS GETTIN IT like THIS SONG RIGHT HEEEEERE, THIIIIIIS SONG RIGHT HERE was her JAM! She made me happy! And those are real Tenors, Real Altos & Real Sopranos to modulate 7 times! SEVEN TIMES!!!!

  • @whatigottasay Desi McClure!! She's great!!

  • @whatigottasay Haha! Amen! I also love watching everybody in the audience go CAH-RAAAAAAAAY-ZY as the choir climbs higher. My university gospel choir leader and her good friend did this at our last concert and everybody went nuts. It was magical.

  • @whatigottasay for real! Now that's a choir!

  • i love this. soo much. I'm singing this in choir right now and I am in love with gospel.

  • I'm fully rating the tenors!! gwan sing it now!

  • Steven Ford on that organ and Jonathan Dubose on that bass is serious.

  • After all these years this song still has power!

  • The altos have the most difficult part... At least sopranos can trick a bit by using their natural falsetto, but glory be to God, RS&V never stop to impress me...

  • @Dual971 tenors and bass only have falsetto

  • @ttharr0795 thats the only thing u could have used going way up there

  • wow GLORY

  • i love this song

  • it amazes me that most of those members of Vision back then were what, late 20s to late 30s as opposed to a group like Hezekiah Walkers who usually has members in their early 20s or younger. But Vision went up that scale and made it look so ez.. with smiles on every face, no straining lines in the foreheads. i know its due to the training they received from Dr. Smallwood and of course the anointing that only comes from God above. i actually believe they could have went up one more time ;)

  • This song is d best song to weed out all those who suppose to sing what they can!!! My director used this and I foolishly went on singing tenor and went all up, just for him to come and pluck me frm 2nd tenor into first!!! SIGH!!! Gone are my days of relaxation!!! LMHO!!!!!

  • tht lady at 4:45 is so funny!! lol lol lol when they got louder she turned around like oh no they didnt! lol

  • @palmc3ntr0 lol...that's maurette brown clark

  • @PrazHymn83 lol I didn even notice that was her until i read ya comment

  • @palmc3ntr0 I lol'd!

  • I cant hear the altos on this video....they get overpowered by the saproanos and the tenors....smh

  • @cameronlwoodard altos are blasting!!!

  • @cameronlwoodard what are you talking about? The altos did not get overpowered and they were indeed blasting!

  • Oh my GOODNESS!! around 4:30, I was like... this is the highest they will go... then 4:45 BOOOM!!! they went even higher!! and then 5:12 another BOOM!!! wow!

    God Bless them!

  • @xlxAbby0Princessxlx LOL!!! Yup...that's Richard for you.

  • @xlxAbby0Princessxlx yes i could hit all the alto notes

  • GO RICHARD LIFT UP JESUS

  • OMG, THAT WAS AWESOME. HEAVENLY, GOD BLESS YOU ALL

  • PO WER FUL!! praise God

  • who is the short-haired lady that always sings with maurette?

  • @yaboidejay That's Tara Fentress...JUDGE Tara Fentress

  • i'll sing praises unto you!!!! i wish all the kids that listen to other genres or music would listen to something like this!!!

  • 2010 September 25 He was in mount olive church in hackensack NJ

  • I Love it!!!!!!!!!

  • Vision tore this song up its one of my favorites but Richard Smallwood always have had those songs that made you get up and bless the name of the Lord no matter where you are. I love that unison that the sopranos, altos, and tenors do @ the end that minister especially as them notes went up higher and higher but I live for them ANNOITED SOPRANO ALWAYS lol

  • i see tramaine hawkins at the way begining

  • Praises reaching the Heavens.... And He that sitteth on the throne, smiles

  • who the girl w/ her own mic?

  • @internetfan2005 Charisse Nelson...

  • you all can keep that new stuff give me a gospel choir and some sisters in sunday go to meeting hats and I'm good

  • BEST CHOIR OF THERE TIME!

  • They owned this song, you have to give it too the whole choir all sections did there thing.

  • Damn I felt bad for those sopranos!

  • This song is DA BOMB, We sang it with our choir, but we didn't reach that far. After the fourth I will sing praises we ended the song.

  • @malealto11 If you have real sopranos in a choir, they can get that high. If you have altos posing as sopranos they won't reach that high. sopranos can all hit a certain range. After that, they break into 1st and second sopranos. 1st and 2nd sopranos will hit that height. I am a choir director. I know and have experience what I am saying.

  • we used to kill this one!

  • It's obvious the sopranos held down their part of the song but I'm givin' more credit to the altos. They are waaaaaay up there!

  • @TJCollins21 I agree! Those altos held it down through all those modulations and they got way up!

  • My Youth Choir song! Very beautiful :)

  • The closest you gonna get to richard smallwood other than him would be kurt carr.

  • i kno dem sopranos was hurtin cuz they went to some heightsthat i neva knew a soprano could do

  • If you neva knew sopranos could go that hight, you need to get out more.

  • @459triple3 but most of them cant get that high at all

  • @459triple3 but most of them cant get that high at all

  • @malealto11 Where are you getting that information. If a soprano is in fact a soprano, yes they can. I am a choir director myself so I have a bit of an advantageous perspective that I am coming from.

  • @malealto11 I don't know where you are getting your information from but I am a choir director and a soprano can get that high. If you have an alto posing as a soprano then she can't do it, but if you have true sopranos, they will make it that high.

  • Thank God for men like Richard Smallwood. Should be inducted into Gospel Hall of Fame!!!

  • He was -----in 2006 in Nashville, TN

  • @PrazHymn83 AMEN!!!! I'm very happy for this..WELL deserved..Who else?

  • @PrazHymn83 AMEN!!!

  • one of the best choirsssss everrrrrrr

  • I love that they are singing and not yelling! True skill...

  • now those r sopranos!!!

  • RICHARD SMALLWOOD IS THE BOI!

  • So many anointed artists began with Richard Smallwood; and branched out on their own sucessful solo careers. (ie: Maurette Brown; ' It ain't over , 'I can feel the breaking of day''etc,,, ) She is sucessful in her own right and continues to be a member of Vision.

  • I love that about her even though she branched out to do her own thing she is still apart of this anointed and blessed group.

  • She's still a member of Vision? Wow, I had no idea!

  • yes, she is still w/ this group. Speaking of her solo album, Richard Smallwood actually penned one of the songs on the album. The "We praise you" song.

  • I love how the choir is pleading Richard to stop modulating, lol!! My choir sings this song and I know exactly how they felt! lol

  • i remember singing this as a little tenor.....in a workshop richard did....love this song.

  • I remember singing this as a teenager I was a tenor I would be the only one who get this high LOL

  • I remember singing it too.... our youth choir along with our regular church choir.... come to think about.... this video was filmed at what used to be my old church.....wow....lol

  • I love this song! were singing it at our gospel choir concert this year, and its such a fun song!

  • The tenors mustve been hurtin at the end..lol

  • Oh yeah. I felt like they didn't have much left to go after that! LOL

  • i know right...

  • @diva13527 U ain't lyin'. I sing 1st tenor and I don't mind the higher notes but this was just crazy even for me! I almost had a stroke just THINKING about them modulating again.

  • i neva knew any soprano cud get that high thats amazing....... and them altos did it for me....and so did the tenors

  • The modulations slay me...just when you think they can't go any higher...THEY DO!

  • This song is soo amazing! Makes me want to see Richard Smallwood and the Vision live in concert!!!

  • Thanks man, do u have "Great Day?" would love to see that video : - )

  • Infectious.......
