I usually have a pomp/psychobilly wedge but my gf cut it in to far. Now it's uneven and looks like a drunk cut it. So I'm thinking about getting a flat top and growing it out until I can get my pomp back.

Joe it's not about the ax you use it's about the person using the ax. Ivan or I can do this with siccors if we had the time an didn't care about showing you the right way of cutting, so kinda chill out dude ok. Barbers should work together not try to dub each other.

i have a client who comes in regularly who looks like this kid. He gets a ridiculous haircut. i dont like doing it. He gets a mullet, he doesnt suit it at all, it looks terrible on him and have tried to suggest different styles but he wont buy it. Shame

ivan when i was doing my trade the only part of a flat top i was allowed to use the clippers on were the sides the rest of it was to be done with my comb and a pair of scissors, now days i have not seen it performed this way at all more towards your style and i feel i have been wasting alot of time almost cheated lol.. do you belive there is a correct way for the flat top because i am having trouble converting to using the clippers for the whole cut? i was trained in very old school methods.
