Glad to be alive, he surprisingly has to come to grips with his own bisexuality, by necessity. Indeed, he becomes a more complete, tolerant human being in this incredible adventure.

Bowie with The Spiders! It doesn't get any tighter than this! Ronson's raw steel, the glam rock image, hasn't dated at all. Looks so much more vital than any of today's boring bullshit. This song, at this time, was a brave statement about bisexuality and relationships. Hell, Bowie was young, smart, talented and looking great! The whole band played like dynamite and Bowie's vocals and The Spider's sound competed to be the best. And we are the winners! Why can't we see more balls like this today!?

Okay, I must say this. I'm 13 years old, and David Bowie is the sexiest man alive. I love this song, and the video especially...when I'm older, I'm going to get a tattoo of an anchor on my cheekbone, like the one he has in this video:) People who don't listen to his music have yet to discover what classic *good* music is. I kind of think of the protaganist of it as being someone who wants to be loved and payed attention to and so they make their boyfriend jealous. Hence "Won't somebody dance with me?"
