What should I/we do with the article 'the'? Which one sounds natural 'Honda' or 'the Honda'???

Although we don't go around and say my company where I'm from I have read quite a lot about Japanese company culture and it seems as if many peoples goal, at least historically, is to stay and advance in one company. Some big companies really empathize that they are all like a big family, having a lot of free time to spare together, like in the company's own facilities of different kinds. But I guess that doesn't apply to everyone of course.
