Masoud is Persian name also alot of Kurds have this name. Mesut is Turkish version of Masoud. Turkish has alot of loan Persian words but they use E instead of A when they say words. Tabriz-Tebriz, Ardabil-Erdebil, Masoud-Mesut, Kuchik(Small)-Kuchek, Siyasat(politics)-Siyaset etc..
