Mate, invest some time in finger picking. This to me is just another corner singer version - loud and uninspired. You could as well do "knocking on heavens door" - I guess it would sound the same. There are lots of vids on how to play "Still Ill" here and you can easily follow the tabs. Give it a try and show us the results...
good rendition however. lightin up your strakes on the guitar you don't have to strum so intensely which can also distract your chord, when u do falseto (... am i still ill oh oh ooooh..) u gota blend it in don't just do an operatic holler and slow down okay but still good attempt and don't take offense to my criticism i just want to give u tips okay

it's good to put some original stuff to the covers, it doesn't have to sound exactly like the original, 'cause if that is the objective there would be no version better than the original. apart from that being alone with the guitar for this song and arpeggiating doesnt sound good. this show you know a shit about guitar playing
i've never said it "must" be played as same as original you the smart one.. İ mean there must be a soul of the song and you can use different ways or playing styles for this. For example "some girls are bigger than others" cover of Supergrass is an amazing one although its totally different from the original. Maybe i know a shit about guitar playing,who knows? but this is not a "cover" . This guy just plays it,he doesn't perform.
