Under that contention, it must logically follow that other sports that has their genesis in combat would also have to be banned.
All but one of the sports you listed qualify. There are other sports that aren't listed such as wrestling, discus throw, and so that also qualify.
Essentially, most sports would have to be banned.

Guns were not invented to kill people. Guns were invented to protect one's family, ensure freedom and help prevent crimes. You need to "take up another sport". I have read that crime has gone up in your country since gun ownership was banned. You do not represent the USA. The right to protect oneself and loved ones is an individual right. The 2nd Amendment to the US Constitution clears spells this out. If you do not like the freedom to defend yourself , then stay out of the USA.
