I agree with everything he says, but he nutrides boxing too much. Boxing has excellent striking, but its extremely one dimensional compared to Muay Thai or Kyokushin Karate, both of which train alive and compete just as much as boxing does.
Yes, the headquarters are at NE 43rd St and Sandy Boulevard in Portland, Oregon. There's a ring, a cage, boxing, BJJ gi and no-gi, clinch wrestling, MMA, and combat conditioning classes, which are absolutely brutal, trust me. It's awesome.
