@LandroverB1 Just goes to show Peter just a little lack of concentration at the right moment and the 4WD hitting the tree at the right angle all combined in this instance to be his downfall!!

Peter Brock had a similar thing happen to him, he was also a great driver.......this is what i try to tell kids, it doesn't matter how good your are, if you make a mistake at the right moment, you're gone, no second chances!

He also was wellknown here in Germany. I always enjoyed watching his documentaries, which were straight on and without Hollywood effects.
