I love both SA and VC and still play em today, but VC's gangs are so much cooler and they have better AI systems. In VC the gangs would fight to the death upon seeing any other gang which was awesome to watch when doing rampages just to stir up a gang war. But in SA the AI sucks ass and the gangs talk to each other for like 20 minutes before shooting one another. That was the only flaw I saw in SA, nevertheless SA was an amazing game, but if it came to Gangs; VC takes the edge.

GTA San Andreas is the best. Hands down. It offered everything for fun, The whole territory was huge. The main quest line was huge. Everything was huge.

And I don't understand the fans of GTA Vice City. The Malibu and 80's style delievered, but the game itself was boring and short. Two cheesy islands with no shit. I enjoyed it in 2003, when I first played it, I enjoyed with everything that where in it, but now Vice City doesn't give as much fun. =\
