  • Use video editor free for iPod it works

  • he did a good job of showing how the app works but i dont feel like imovies full potential was shown in this video

  • No! It's available on iPad 2s!

  • check out my channel

    i do imovie edits

  • This review is BS. if you make a video over 4 mins long it will lag and crash. It's not as easy to use as he shows in the video. You can't turn off the Ken Burns effect and you can't edit your audio at all. I give it 2.5 stars out of 5.

  • thumbs up if your watching this when you have a 4s

  • Can anyone please tell me if there are any apps that allow textual graphics. This would be a great app. I'm thinking like a video maker like cinema 4d but for iOS

  • Ha just for iPhone 4 I can get it on my iPod touch

  • 720p is not full hd champ....

  • can you speed up videos?

  • DO u think future updates will include filters and more editing options?

  • Installous here i come :)

  • I'm going to stick with Adobe After Effects and Sony Vegas for now, I might just get this so I can make a quick edit whilst i'm out with parents and bored or something :L

  • what the song called

  • Hehe KickFlip At The End.

  • Thumbs up if you got this for FREE because you're JAILBROKEN. LoL.

  • great stuff. thanks pal. Check out some of the vids i shot on my i touch with imovie. just getting started but let me know what you think

  • han cock...

    hehe

  • Just kill ypur self you nerd low life.

  • Guys! Theres i movie for the ipod 4 gen so dont worry!!

  • Well, I got this app because it was the only one I found, that only had MOST of what I needed. See, I am a shuffler and I would like to make videos to put on YouTube. So, if anyone finds an app where, I can insert music, put transitions, control the speed, seperate one clip into more, please tell me. Kind of like iMovie and Splice combined.

  • lol cool

  • can you select songs from your ipod library?

  • Five bucks is kinda a lot for an app

  • Very useful.

  • ahhh,... too bad its paid :/

  • @Hecticvids1 yes it is I have iPod 4 gen and it works for me

  • is this why everyone uses this god damn annoying song

  • anyone please tell me if you can slow down or speed up clips???

  • @2121Ashtin it doesnt, thats why i hate it, and you can only choose one clip at a time. i suggest getting Splice, it has speed triimming ken burns titles. its the best

  • @scuster45 720 is HD, could be the less in HD but still. Douche !

  • @diamondkyle15 ya you can cut clips out it says it while they talk about the shortening part but it seems to me that the iPhone 3GS app called video edit is a lot better than this one. Does anybody else have any insight on which one would be Better to buy? I have the iPhone 4

  • Are you able to use the sound from your own videos? Or do you have to use the app theme songs?

  • Can you only trim, or can you also cut the middle parts of a video? Thats what I've been wanting this entire time. I do skate videos, and if I mess up in the middle, I want to cut it out..

  • @diamondkyle15 you slit the clip with your finger. Slide fast down the middle where you want the cut to be and a split will be created. have fun :)

  • Thank you! This was very helpful. I'm definitely looking for simplicity so I'm definitely downloading this app.

  • this app is great! i just downloaded it i made a video and its up on youtube. its called keogonscott (no spaces). it has 4 vids i recomannd you watch fatty make a funny first

  • Thumbs up if you think that if they make sony vegas on the iphone that would be sick!!!

  • Thanks man, this app is so easy and it's amazing!

  • @openmindedproduction you can add your own music by going to the insert clips and pressing audio. And yes you can choose to balance it out with the clips audio originally as it was taking. Just dont turn the clips audio off and u can hear the original audio along with your own music

  • can you add or overlay your own audio/mp3 music onto the video and also balance that audio with the original audio from the video footage?

  • amazing - the simplicity is what attracts me

  • it works for ipod touch 4g too

  • thank you apple i pay a fucking iphone 7000 uck and still gotta pay for a editing apps and u wonder why im jailbreaking my iphone

  • Ok, help me out please. I've been trying to use this app and I'm having a stupid problem. I can't do a clip ore movie that is longer than 60seconds.

Am I having some kind of anomaly ore this app is just like that.? I can't find any ware something about the length of the movie.

    Thanks

  • will it work on the new ipod touch? the one with camera, the 4th generation.

  • Cool :)

  • hi, i need help, what software can i use to edit iphone 4 videos on my pc?.

i tried sony vegas 8.0 and windows movie maker, both two doesnt work, i tried converting phone 4 videos to mp4 but still cant edit them, im running a 32-bit a55d toshiba laptop.... thanks.

  • (for iPod touch / iPhone users):

    1. Go to the app store and download checkpoints

    2. When signing up for your checkpoints account, put in the bonus code caforever to receive a free gift card

  • I don't understand why dude chose the stock iMovie theme music for the video he made. It gives the viewer the impression (since it's a band's event that he's making a video of) that it's the band's music we hear when we watch the video. He could have just as easily have chosen a song from that band and used it as a the music for the video. Mobile iMovie allows this.

  • Fantastic review!

  • Which app is better iMovie or Splice?

  • @Misakyan2 well if you paid attention, you'd notice it says it's 4,99$ in the video

  • anybody know how I can rotate a video on iPhone?

  • to bad the titles don't fade away after ~2-3 seconds. that should be in the next update!

  • test, omg OMG

  • iphoneshare,org #OMG

  • Can't you do the same on Windows Movie Maker (free) for pc's and iMovie, free, that comes with all macs?

  • @BSfilms1234 Windows Movie Maker can barely do anything... I have to use something you can compare to iMovie, Pinnacle Studio 14

  • @The2010World I'm just saying that you shouldn't waste 5 dollars on an iPhone editing app when you can get much better (or the same) for free.

  • @BSfilms1234 well yeah, you can use The Trial of Pinnacle Studio & iMovie is nice and free too

  • which one???

  • jesus christ this iphone4 is a masterpiece! and ive got some guy saying its crap and brake easily...pfff

  • what is FCP???????????

  • Thats y macs the best. Could i get this on my 3gs? I need a software update and i dont see y it wouldnt support it

  • @badcompany32 Buy an Iphone 4 damn it!

  • @badcompany32 iMovie is only supported by iPhone4. It's really worth the upgrade! Besides even if you have to pay full price for it($499/$599) you can offset the cost by selling your 3GS on Ebay, I've seen plenty of 3GS's sell for over $300. Think about it you won't be sorry.

  • nice high quality app review video!!

  • Reel director app way better and easier to use

  • @drawingbutts Reel Director has more features, but I've had major problems, crashing & it takes an eternity to render & export. For speed & ease of use I like Splice. No bells & whistles but it works when I need it to, I can use my iPod music & never crashes!

  • anyone know an even better editing app?

  • I hope someone makes the Final Cut type thing for iphone 4...

  • Brilliant. Cant believe some people are actually moaning about having to pay a couple of quid..... c'mon HD video editing on your phone.

  • he said hancock!!!!!!!! rofl

  • great review,i like the way you present your review, showing the features while making the video, show the made, video and show the pros and cons

  • Great app BUT!!!, you cant transfer videos to your computer.

  • @KhyronDesintegrado Not sure how it's done on PC, but through iPhoto, all photos and videos can be transfered from the phone to computer.

  • @olliezero ... my computer was giving me an error ..

    but yes it is possible

  • @Caseyds620 Update: Apparently you can transfer videos from iPhones. And it seems you may also be able to transfer videos from cameras and USB flash drives.

  • @TugaPipeJunior .. No you cannot transfer video from iphone 4 to your computer.. i tried so many times...

  • @KhyronDesintegrado Of course you can! Just plug in your iPhone and open it on "My Computer".

If you still can't do it just watch sjsharksipodtouch's "How To Transfer iPhone 4 HD Videos & Photos to Computer".

  • @TugaPipeJunior .. Yes you are right, YOU CAN TRANSFER VIDEO FROM IPHONE TO COMPUTER

For some reason I kept getting a ERROR..

I am sorry I was wrong

    Thanks =)

    PS. iPhone 4 rules!

  • @TugaPipeJunior yes you are right my computer was giving me an error.

  • @KhyronDesintegrado Yeah you can. On a mac it's easy with iPhoto.

  • @KhyronDesintegrado Of corse you Can!

    Open Windows Explorer

    Iphone

    DCIM folder

    the videos are inside that!

Just copy and paste to your pc.

  • @adriebm ... I said that like 4 months ago. thanks for the answer anyway

  • @Caseyds620 Oh that's cool, I didn't know about that. It seems it only works with photos, though. You won't be able to use that to transfer videos.

  • Win win for your last name

  • u dont have to sync your iphone to the computer to uploadto you in 720 p if your on the fly just press export to camera roll with 720p and then upload to youtube

  • @Caseyds620 Oh so you want to transfer the video directly from your camera to an iPad? I'm afraid you can't do that. It's Apple. Unless they start selling their own cameras you won't be connecting any camera to the iPad.

  • Thank you! This taught me some stuff.. Earlier before seeing this video I made a movie with iMovie.. Anyone is welcome to go watch it :) Thanks!

  • Very nice tutorial, thanks!

  • @Caseyds620 You mean you want to transfer videos from your camera, through your computer, to your iPad, so you can edit them there and then transfer them again to your computer? Wouldn't it be easier to just edit them on your computer?

  • Im getting my INCREDIBLE in the mail in a few days. And i was wondering if anyone knows of a movie editing app for the androids at all. I haven't really had a chance to check out android market at all yet. So if anyone has any suggestions.... plzzzz let me know. I ride bmx and would love to be able to take video and edit it right from my phone right on the spot like that.

  • WOW!!! ...HD!!! Pfffffft...

  • What about alternatives?

  • @Caseyds620 Lol, and what would you edit?

  • Nice tut - thanks.

  • ... [;)]

  • i think ill stick to FCP

  • @djvampya But you can't hold FCP in your pocket...

  • @djvampya whta's a FCP??

  • @KhyronDesintegrado final cut pro

  • @djvampya nah, i did it with just cut and paste. for some reason my computer could not do it before.

  • whaaaat? apple users complaining that something is TOO simple? interesting...

  • iPhone4: $299.99

    iMovie: $4.99

Uploading your new HD movie to Youtube pricele.....almost forgot ...

At&t MicroCell Network Extender: $150 (plus $19.99/month for unlimited data)

Back to what I was saying...Uploading yur n h D M o VIe tsdf yebuou. I am sorry for that my iphone4 cuts out when I hold it.

  • Very nice tutorial, thanks!

  • i though it came free with the iphone4.... oh well

  • @radar3699 Only 4.99 though. The phone still lets you trim single clips for free though.
