  • Ya i love her to...Jesus once wondered what kind of faith he would find in the second comeing, i bet he found more than he ever thought with this bunch of jews. They are stronger than nails.

  • Thank you for airing. I love this woman.

  • Corrie ten Boom is amazing! Her movie, The Hiding Place, will be shown on Niov. 11, 2011 in GBTV 5pm EST, please watch. One of the must-see movies, it's a touching story of love, sacrifice, and forgiveness.

  • May she RIP.

  • Her book changed my life. Cant express how much i love this story.

  • I sincerely hope to meet this wonderful sister in Heaven. I consider myself blessed to have learned of her while here on Earth. I hope to meet everyone whose name is written in the Lambs Book of Life.

  • I feel blessed to know of her as I type this. I am not a Christian, but my faith does belive in Christian Prophets and Messengers. She truly was a gem of a person, and an inspiration for many.

I so wish I could meet more of such people. Eva Mozes Kor is definitely in my good books. Is she alive? Oh, how I wish I could meet her. :( And then there are impostors like Elie Wiesel (sp?).

These ppl have a lot to share. God, I wanna watch this movie again to feed my hunger for history.

  • Wow! Isn't he young, and that must of been an honor to interview her.

  • A woman i have the highest respect for

  • Why only Jesus? Every religion professes love. Tell me a religion that doesn't.

  • @Desi4evah surely your question is a rhetorical one.

There is none that sheds abroad the Love of God like that shown through His Son Jesus Christ ... the One Who carried Corrie Ten Boom through her experience! None, no not one.

  • @mnhzmazingrace OK. But that is just a Christian perspective, not everyone agrees to that, right? :)

  • @Desi4evah Define love.

  • @Ty87rose You would wanna ask her.

  • May Corrie Ten Boom be inscribed in the Book of Life. Thank you very much for your bravery and for your sacrifices.

  • WHAT A WISE AND BEAUTIFUL WOMAN OF GOD , "WE HAVE NOTHING TO FEAR FOR GOD IS WITH US" GOD GIVES HIS CHILDREN " PEACE THAT PASSES ALL UNDERSTANDING" IF WE JUST TRUST HIM.

  • How can anyone not be amazed b this woman, who went through hell and to come out with such a positive attitude. Amazing.

  • wonderful!!

  • "The devil is strong, but JESUS' power is unlimited!" Thank you JESUS...that is soo true!

  • As for them not having a thorough touchdown, in the real story, they had several guards and several checkpoints, doing VERY thorough searches. In the movie, it they would not have enough time to show it accurately.

As for the Ten Boom family, what a devout family, simple, but had such love for the Jewish People...and gave their lives to others!! They saved over 700 Jewish lives...amazing! Whether it was 1 or 1000 lives saved...either was amazing!!

  • In the search scene beginning at 4:00 they are not doing a thorough patdown at all, and might have missed the Bible. Leaving that aside, it is interesting to contemplate that there was divine intervention to allow one Bible to enter the camp, yet none to redress the suffering and death all around. I am not intending to be difficult, but as one of the nuns portrayed in the "Sound of Music" said, it is good to have "faith in your doubts."

  • @mindspring57 There was divine intervention to allow one Christ to enter the world too, but not enough to stop him from being ganged up on and crucified. Actually, if you study the philosophy of the Nazis, they were promoting the exact opposite of Christ - the occult. The problem is, more people have faith anything else then in God on a regular basis, which is why true selfless love is rare, even in 'Christian' circles, and you usually have people being bad within the limits of social law.

  • This is rubbish and shit! Mind the real heroes from those days. That was not this Corrie ten Boom and her family but the group that saved about one THOUSAND Jewish children from the Hollandse Schouwburg. This is Christian Rubbish propaganda! Shame on You Tube!

  • @jt123egypte this is information from Corrie Ten Boom Herself, How can you not take her at her word?

  • @jt123egypte

    Shame on yourself!

  • @jt123egypte In an odd way, we agree. Corrie and her family were simple minded in the extreme, as the reading of her book will reveal. They failed to take precautions, believing that Jesus knew the hearts of men and would not lead them into danger. Well, Jan Vogel tricked them and caused them to be taken into custody, and the Jews they were hiding had to fend for themselves. People like the Ten Boom family were a danger to anyone running for his life.

  • @jt123egypte Wow...you're on every video seems like of Corrie Ten Boom. Deep down this movie must have really effected you....in a positive way...you're just being stubborn and negative to get attention.

  • @jt123egypte --you are amazing

  • What a remarkable woman

If you haven't read "The Hiding Place" make sure you do!

    It's an amazing story

  • But ... I have published this little book, so that I might be found among those who opposed such poisonous activities of the Jews who warned the Christians to be on their guard against them. I would not have believed that a Christian could be duped by the Jews into taking their exile and wretchedness upon himself. However, the devil is the god of the world, and wherever God's Word is absent he has an easy task, not only with the weak but also with the strong. May God help us.

  • i just came from visiting the holocaust museum in D.C, and picked this book. Corrie Ten Boom's experience and her faith in God is really amazing! God helped her get through that terrible experience, showing us that prayer and faith are very important.

  • she must be so happy in heaven with our Lord. God bless her!

  • It is too bad that she had to associate with Pat Robertson, the religious crackpot fraud, to tell her story.

  • what do you mean by fraud?

  • Robertson has referred repeatedly to his time "in combat" in Korea, but years later California Congressman Pete McCloskey, who also served in Korea, remembered hearing Robertson brag that his father, the Senator, "had gotten him out of combat duty" and that Robertson had done his clerical work in a quiet administrative office. Robertson publicly announced a lawsuit against McCloskey for saying this, then quietly dropped the suit due to "scheduling conflicts" and paid McCloskey's court costs.

  • For decades Robertson said that he and his wife were married in March 1954, nine months before his first son's birthday. When he ran for President, however, Time magazine dug up Robertson's marriage license, and found that he was married in August of 1954, about ten weeks before his first son's birthday. Robertson said he and his wife had always celebrate their anniversary in March, on his own birthday, "because our son was conceived that day."

    How touching!

  • Corrie Ten Boom is my hero - she was so brave, her and Betsie and Casper Ten Boom. An Amazing story.

  • God bless her.. God bless her... She was so passionate about the Lord it touches me so much to listen to her... :D made me happy and sad at the same time

  • I just finished this book a few days ago and I just loved it. It was so inspiring. Such sadness but so much courageousness. And I love the part where there in the warehouse and it is infested with fleas her sister Betsie was telling Corrie to thank God for the fleas well you know the story. It is so true nothing is by coincedence it is all in God's plan for us. I would love to see the movie if anybody has the full movie please send it to me. Thanks a bunch and God Bless You All

  • A awesome woman who even after her death, she still inspire us to trust the Lord even in our most difficult and hard moments of our life.

  • we had to red the hiding place in my english class and it was a really interesting sad book it was so heart touching and amazing what God can do...

  • Hätte sie es als Atheistin gemacht und, sagen wir mal, ein Band von einem Dichter dabei gehabt und an die Kraft des Wortes geglaubt, dann hätte das genauso passieren können.

    Geschadet hat's ihr nicht!

  • Corrie ten Boom "theirs not a pit so deep where God is not deeper still" "You never Know Christ is all you need ,untill Christ is all you have "

  • @israelgodschosenones My teaches told me that in class that theres not a pit so deep where gid is not depr still

  • Corrie still helps me with her words inspired by the Holy Spirit, Thank you Jesus for Corrie and thankyou for every human being who follows you Jesus

  • Amen to that. : )

  • I can't find this movie and want to see it again, it was years ago that I did.

Can someone send it to me ? The full movie..
