  • I loved my 89.... and the 5spd... what a total joy... I so miss her.

  • Still driving my 95 :)

  • Awesome

  • SHO your love.

  • have you driven a ford........lately?

thats so cheesy yet so brilliant

  • i got exactly the same and its my fuckin best car ever.smooth, hard and really powerfull.expensive in gasoline but fuck the nature loll

  • Awesome.

  • So what happened to this car? Bloody awesome (RWD, attractive).

  • @AdamAus85 unfortunatly it was retired about 8 years later, I owned an 89 and loved it!! im in the market for another one.

  • @ThaPassion8 Well i'm glad you're doing all of that to it because its nice to see these older REAL cars kept alive. Thats why I cherish my SHO so much. I do however wish that I could do all of those modifications that you've done for the same amount of money it costs you. But the Yamaha V6's in these SHO's are a money pit when it comes to upgrades. But the performance is worth it. I live in KS so no I cant race you...but keep that T-bird alive and killing Chevy's. Later.

  • sweet ride, lookin to get a sc, right now i got a 93 v8 5.0 thunderbird, and i be smokin mustangs, camaros, and cougars! challenges welcome!

  • @westsidevagosx13 You realize that if its stock it only had about 170hp new. Now probably about 130. I have a '93 SHO and the V6 will kill your t-bird.

  • i just bought an 89 base, and i love it!! i bought it cuz my friend has a 91, so we work on each others rides, i still got soem tweaking to do, but when im done im gonna hit the streets hard!!

  • such a nice car. bring it back ford!!!

  • mmm that woman singing i recognize her voice does anybody know her name

  • Awesome car, it still looks good 19 years later!!

  • i got a 97 4.6L people talk trash til they see me peel out with it or when i take on mustangs with v6's and put them to shame.

  • I amost got a 93 SC....Gald i didnt cuz those 3.8 head gaskets....Im perfectly happy with my 97 LX Sport with the 4.6!!! Great Cars

  • i just bought a 1989, with a custom body kit, and 3.8 v6. i love it, it runs better then anything ive ever owned, and its only got 106,000 miles on it

  • I love this car! Bought a 1993 5.0 LX brand new and I still have it. Still performs great.

  • The best car ever made.I have a 89Thunderbird SC

  • you got that RIGHT I use to have one the biggest mistake i made was I lost it. I looking to get a nothing one I know all kinds of stuff about them. 89 SC THUNDER BIRD 5 speed only

  • the best car i owned sence its sister car the cougar mines a 1990 25th anniversary sc coupe and it only has 56,890 miles on it and it runs great i drive it to school everyday and i get alot of attention makes me proud that i drive a thunderbird.

  • Mine was a 1991 with a 5.0L HO V8. I had to sell it because of the gas prices.

  • i remember that. "have you driven a foooooord lately"

  • Great car

  • I have a red 92' five speed Super Coupe........no blown hg's.

  • yo tengo un carro igual a ese

  • i dare anyone to look at one of these cars today and not think of nascar.

and what it used to be :/

  • I love this old style of advertising. More about the car itself and not the pathetic images they're trying to create nowadays. I've always been a Ford man ... always will be.

  • I think the read end of new cars are too high. there twice was high as the 90's car. & sometimes the placement of the gauge cluster is right in the middle....

  • only beef I have with that 3.8l V6 is the head gaskets. I had a non SC 91 V6 and it was a great car. I could even drive it thru snow storms. Cornering was incredible.

Till the head gaskets when out.

  • 4.6L lasted long those v6 get bad seals on their supercharger fathers got one with over 100,000 miles one still runs & sounds great. even handles great too.

  • so true i hat to change the headgasket on mine 6 cylinder

  • my super coupe has 215 000km and still no engine trouble
