I'm pretty sure you have to re-boot the game after you have downloaded stuff in order for itto take effect, but i've never actually tried it.

Thanks so much .. But I Have one problem .. :( I Use WinRar ... I Have downloaded stuff for the sims 1 ... Whenevr i download something the file turns into Winrar file & I dont now how you put it in the game .. I'ved tried different things Like Putting the file in sims 1 "Downloads" section.. & The item never comes in the game .. Its frustating & confusing :/ Please help.. Can you make a tutorial using winrar? :[ Thanks .. please help Ill be very thankful.

Ooh ... Well I Use WinRar Because When I Downloaded Sims 1 I Needed to open the file & I Didnt know how I Could open the Sims file .. Thats why .. :[ I'ved downloaded many things For sims 1 .. But they all turn into WinRar File .. & I Have put it into the download section of my sims Folder files But Everytime I Try Starting the game to see If its there .. It never is .. :[
