Gates wrote software while in college for Mac's, then started Microsoft and purchased DOS so that he could use windows. And PC's could be cloned parts interchanged etc.. While Mac was still trying to corner the market. albiet a better machine from what i understand, But the fact remains if it wasnt for Gates we would still be paying $5000 for a MAC not $500 for a PC

ok he built the software in his garage with some friends of his when he was like in high school
and he copied Netscape with the internet thing and i think he almost got fucked for that
