  • Good job with pull ups but you will be able to do a lot more pull ups if you fight the swig because swing kills the rhythm and takes a lot of strength try to keep your whole body straight.Used to be my problem :) Good luck with your exercises.

  • u should think about teaching gymnastics to the younger guys. we def need more guys like u in this sport.

  • I tried getting a job at my gym. No openings. I think I might make tutorials for simpler skills, once my back gets better that is.

  • good cuz when younger boys see older guys sticking with gymnastics then they know its ok to stay with it. maybe something will open up soon :)
