Good job with pull ups but you will be able to do a lot more pull ups if you fight the swig because swing kills the rhythm and takes a lot of strength try to keep your whole body straight.Used to be my problem :) Good luck with your exercises.

Thanks. I think I might remake it eventually, I felt a little weak yesterday.
u should think about teaching gymnastics to the younger guys. we def need more guys like u in this sport.

I tried getting a job at my gym. No openings. I think I might make tutorials for simpler skills, once my back gets better that is.
good cuz when younger boys see older guys sticking with gymnastics then they know its ok to stay with it. maybe something will open up soon :)

i never needed to do a progression for my pull ups i could do one straight away good tut to progress fast for people who can"t do one.
