I bought a Microwave oven GMC25E09 MRHM (Installation Type: N006ED11) on 23/11/2008.In August 2010, there was a problem in the Microwave oven for which I lodged a service request with Godrej Smartcare in Kolkata (SR# 337058). The technician diagnosed with a faulty PCB. I paid Rs 350 as the onsite service charges. After 2 months of wait, on 3rd December, the PCB was repaired and I was asked to pay Rs 1225 additionally. But the PCB did not work for even for 2 days.Can you replace the PCB.
Dear Godrej Group! This is Arindam Basak from Baranagar, Kolkata-36. I purchased a refrigerator of Godrej EON. After 5-6 months, I complained for less cooling problem even after having stabiliser. The engineers changed the Bi-metal 2 times, Timer 1 time, Motor Fan 1 time...But the problem is still continuing. It is very strange that such a big company is making so sub standard quality refrigerator without proper quality check that the unit becomes faulty within a few months.
