Would like to find more stuff from these guys, their website doesnt seem to work.

Only thing I dont agree with here is that the legal fiction is held in custody, its defined as a fiction in law, so is a corporation it cannot be held in custody.

But if anyone can provide the proof for why your legal fiction is held in custody would like to know, but until then I will just adminster my corpration and belonging to me as director and sole benficiary

@Danster82 go and get your real birth cert .not a copy ,see if you can even view your true birth cert ,then see if its being held in "custody"but does custody mean it being held for you or does it mean it being held against your will?that would be the best proof ..if you can tell me how i can obtain or view my birth cert then please let me know as all i can obtain is a copy for a fee,i want to know if what they said is true ,aswell so i got a real offer of a fine and the word LAW did not appear

Did you know that the parties in the House Of Commons ie Labour, Conservative Lib Dems ect are actually Limited companies. They are all registered with Companies House. The Labour party is registerd as Alister Darling Party because he is a Lord so Labour get tax relief. What is the point of a company? Yes, to make money..... @JAZZiKiNZ Don't worry about that - they have to give a disclaimer so that they don't get arse rammed by the system. The most common one is 'this is for entertainment perpouses only' etc.

The reality is that once your good enough, your guerilla tactics will always win through. The nuts and bolts are that irrespective of the legal fiction; a freeman is under no obligation to consent to intercourse or interaction with these government corporations - if in doubt, tell them that!

Much of what is said on here is probably true but don't expect to be able to use it to get out of debt. The video makers want to sell you seminars. Winston Shrout wants to sell you DVDs at $195 a time. Check out his website. If he had been successful at commercial redemption, he would be rolling in money.  He wouldn't have to sell you anything. He'd give it away for nothing. This is yet another scam.

I've been studying freeman of the land information for at least 4 months and all I can pass on to anyone else is the following...

1. You may not realise what anyone says at first. Simply listen to what they say and come back to it again later.

2. Always have a dictionary to look up words/phrases you're unsure of. Black's Law is a great resource.

3. Type out key excerpts and print for use later on. You can't expect to remember everything.

4. Everything is ok. You're more powerful than you know.
