Seriously people. Can't we all just shut up and cool it with the paragraph wars? You're getting nowhere with them. I think we can all agree that this is an awesome scene with awesome music.
@OperationAnime262 Can you blame Him, given that the Egyptian gods weren't real. They are unknown now - yet the God of Israel is still known, and world wide today because of Jesus Christ (a Jew) - Zechariah 2:10-11
@MrAliyak Gods/goddesses are real to those that worship them. I'm speaking from an proud atheist perspective. The only reason why the Egyptian gods no longer are “worshipped” is because the Islamization of Egypt and the North African countries.
@papermermaid The reverse argument can just as easily be made. Just because you believe something isn't real doesn't mean it is not real. Plus, Santa is a universally accepted fairy tale. No one accept for children ever ACTUALLY believed in Santa. There are many good reasons to support belief in God.
@papermermaid Science can't prove and disprove everything. Man puts too much faith in science. All it is is our way of trying to explain the universe. What if it can't explain everything? People are unwilling to accept that. There's a good chance that human intellect and logic cannot explain how the universe works and means.
@Legacy285 That because you associate it with a religion. I'm an atheist raised in a Christian family and I pretty well aware of the brutal killings made in the name of «God», be it Alah, Jeovah or the Christian God. Yet, I choose to ignore the name of the character, the name of the opressed and the name of the opressors. It could have been some other people, real or fictional, The message is still very important, the ambitions of the ruled must never be smashed by the desires of the rulers.
@Legacy285 So really this is about you not wanting God/Jesus Christ to be true at all cause that keeps from living comfortably in your sins everyday. See the bible doesn't try to lie & hide our human nature. We live in a sinful so thus there is war as simple as that. If you ever hated somebody some much that you wish something bad would happen to them in your heart then the Bible says you have already committed murder in your heart. You can't say your perfect cause nobody is execpt for Jesus.
@SuperOtakuHeaven I can say the vice versa to you, why do you focus on the good only, and forget about the bad? If its a book of GOD why are there massacres being committed by GODS prophets?? There is no black and white with religion you either believe in it all the way or you don't. I'm assuming your Christian, so do you believe it was a good thing what Moses did to the Midianites? Killing every man, child, and non-virgin woman, was that a godly thing to do?
@Legacy285 Moses is definetly not a murderer...He was doinq wat the Lord told him to do & dats to set His people free from slavery..The pharoh & his soldiers asked for it because when he asked them to let my people qo they didnt.. He did not kill any human..God said with this staff you will do my wonders & he did...
@eljose312010 Im referring to the massacre of the Midianites in which Moses ordered every man, child, and non-virgin woman to be slaughtered. However, apparently it was ok for the virgin-women to be spared ( I wonder why). So how exactly is Moses not a murderer? You probably don't even know who the Midianites were.
@Legacy285 Lol i am definetly not lookin for any problem i am jus letting u know dat Moses wasnt a murderer..i mean yes he did order people to go kill innocent people but that was before God talked to him..but no i have never heard of the Midianites..i am jus sayn my opinion bout Moses..
@eljose312010 So he ordered people to kill innocent people. So you just admitted he was a murderer. You've never heard of the Midianites? Thats too bad maybe you should learn about it, cuz seems to me like you only know the good things about Moses.
Val Kilmer played the voice of God & Moses...the director had it this way because he expressed that "God lives inside of us..." and "he is within our soul" which seems true!!
Cont...….I believe if the world keeps being the way it is right now.. We would bring destruction upon ourselves... I wish you all good luck because He is coming back so you should get your life right while you can.....
@lynx09 I agree see like whenever I meet people like they are already a part of my life like I can get along with anybody... I dont judge nobody at all...I care for everyone for eventhough I never met them...seeing all this pain and suffering in the world because idk it hurts me so much.....
I've been watching this movie ever since I was little and it still touches my heart. It reminds me that GOD is watching over me...over the whole entire world. He did not have to love us or keep forgiving us but he does it anyway because he loves us but we take it for granted. The world today is falling apart cause people are trying to have so much power and money that they are killing each other and still judging people by race, color, or the way they are
Im christian and i love Moses! I love Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.... when i hear their names i feel a warmth and love one feels when they hear their fathers names... Even though im not ethnically hebrew i feel in my hearth that these great men are my forefathers. God bless
the part when God gets mad then becomes compassionate is my favorite part. I saw it and I was overwhelmed with happiness i actually started to tear up and get a huge smile on my face. Very beautiful scene very powerful :'-)
If the tmie machine would've existed I would love to travel back in time and see al this wonders as they happened!!! an extraordinary experience to be in the very prescence of the Almighty God, feel his breath and hear his Holy voice, I can't miagine what this was like for a flesh and bone mortal man like Moses!!!
man watching this makes me think it would be beyond words to describe standing there in the presence of the our almighty God surrounded by the glory of his might I will die to be in his shoes but then God says I shall be with you that brings tears to my eyes and his always with me guiding me, protecting me and by the way God wasn't only there talking to him Jesus himself is also there watching over him and I'm so glad I serve a God who loves us much
It says in the Torah that Moses was the only prophet to whom G-d spoke clearly and directly, and unlike other prophets, when G-d appeared to Moses it was not painful or agonizing
not just the best animated scenes but also thought of being there talking to an almighty God creator of the Universe you bet anyone would be in tears to have seen what Moses has seen in his life
@KillSwitch2 -- America was never a "Christian Nation". It was founded on the tenants that all religions, great and small, would never receive favor from the government. The MAJORITY of the religious in America are Christian, but that's different.
@Lndmk227 Actually America was and is Christian. The thing is that u.s didn’t want to be like her mother Britain was, bitich one religion all over….so u.s wanted to be free above all things and doesn’t show its Christianity or catholic or whatever so atheist and other people could shut da hell up and not wine about it…..
This movie was intended for Jewish audiences too, not just Christian ones, and frankly its probably geared towards Jews more because this story means alot more to us than it does to you
Yeah but as Jews we can relate to it on a more personal level. Its the story of the Jewish people's redemption from slavery and recieving of the Torah that is the basis of our spiritual life as a people. Moses is one of the most revered figures in Judaism and the Exodus is a fundamental part of Jewish history, so while non-Jews can appreciate its message, it is our story at heart.
if your comment is for me then i answer yes I do the origin of Christianity lol I grew up in the church and read every story in the Bible over and over again and all that I know everything book makes a small or big reference to Jesus like before Moses died he was on a mountain with God over looking the Israelites as they camped before they entered the promise land and how they camped was setup in the shape of a cross resembling the future for told of Christ.
@benfiester1 *laughs* Actually, no it wasn't for you. :P Sorry. It was actually for the individual that said that Jews relate to this story on a more personal level than Christians.
@breeeegs don't you think that is arrogant? And if it is such a heart felt thing to the jews why is in Judges you spit in God's face over and over because your sin was so much better? Then like little children you cry help and God did and then you did it all over again! Don't dare say the exodus is more relatable to jews.
at 3:48 after God get angry with Moses, and Moses is cowering into a ball, i just love the love and compassion in Gods voice. shows the kind of God we serve =]
@24reylobo Amen, I eagerly await Lord Christ's return so that I may hear it with my ears, though hearing him with my heart is more than good enough for me. :)
@smowens28 I just can't convince myself of something as impossible as basically anything any holy book or prophet ever spoke about , its all too much fairy tales and wishful thinking, apart from that there are some things in this world that are so weird, and complicated, and crazy, that it just kinda disproves the idea of a creator for me, it would be brilliant if their was a god and heaven and flights of angels, but i can't lie to myself just to feel better
@flynntheman90 Why is it so impossible? Because most of the world says that the only thing that's real is itself, because people love trying to say that the only thing that's real is what we can prove?
Just because something is wierd, complicated and crazy means that there isn't a creator?
@LordGodsServant I'll give you this, if anyone can show me one example in the history of the world of a single Spiritual or religious person who has been able to prove either logically or empirically the existence of a higher power that has any consciousness or interest in the human race or ability to punish or reward humans for there moral choices or that there is any reason – other than fear – to believe in any version of an afterlife, I would adjust my views
@flynntheman90 There's this, DNA is, basically, information, it's all physical information about us, about every living thing. Now information has to have a source, someone who wrote it down, someone who made the information.
See what I'm trying to point out.
If there is no God, then who gave DNA information? Someone had to . . . God did.
I'm not making this up, it is a law of nature that information has to have an intelligent source, man is out of the count, so only God is left.
@LordGodsServant I can see your point, but saying DNA is like physical information is vastly underestimating what DNA is, what it is, is the height of perfection, achieved through randomness and chaos, over many millions of years random throw-ups of chance have occured across the existence-span of thousands of species, what worked at the time depended on what the conditions demanded, and these changes would occur through a simple accident in DNA, which facilitated survival, through chance
@flynntheman90 Sorry for nosing in. But you said "show me one example in the history of the world of a religious person who has been able to prove logically the existence of a higher power". Look up for Thomas Aquinas and his "5 ways", or 5 rational proofs of the existence of God. Believe me, this is deep shit. If you look it up seriously, read it carefully and try to understand it (give it some time), without any pre-judgements, you might understand why God is logically NECESSARY.
@flynntheman90 Regarding your last comment, about everything being an accident, think about this: the world has an order, which is evident. Examples of this are the design of the human body, how photosynthesis "recycles" the CO2 we produce while breathing, the cycle of rain, etc, see my point? Thinking that all this was made by accident and chance, is like pretending to throw a dismantled clock into the air and expecting it to fall into the ground perfectly put together and synchronized.
@flynntheman90 But these are just the basics man. If you are really open minded and really interested in trying to know if God exists, these are just the beginning points. First think about these things, his existence, the rational proofs I tried to explain. Then try to think about moral, punishment, heaven, the Catholic church. One step at a time. Take a leap, man. Think about it seriously and give it a real try. You got nothing to lose and your life might change. Sorry for the message bombing!
@flynntheman90 BUT who made it in the beginning, someone had to.
I don't believe the Earth is millions of years old, people love to teach that as fact but really it's just another theory.
Evidence against Evolution:
Law of Nature stating "everything goes from order to disorder." That is, nothing on it's own will get any better or become more advanced. Now, this is a law, and the only way to reverse it is for an intelligent source to put effort into it, even then the law starts over again
@flynntheman90 Cont. Thus, Evolution on it's own cannot be true as it teaches the opposite. It teaches that animals become better and better. This is in direct conflict with the law that says that things get worse and worse on their own.
Evolution is a theory, this is a law of nature. Nature itself is not intelligent so it can't improve itself. God put effort into making us.
Sorry if all the messages are overwhelming. I just want to help you.
@LordGodsServant I'd disagree with that man. You need both of science and faith to understand God. Like we can never take for word the scientifically ignorant men esp of the old testement (ex. Joshua's sun). How can one expect to fully comprehend God without separating like the physical and spiritual aspects of this world and the bible? Abandoning reasoning and true aspects of this world and men will never make one effectively interpret and learn from the Words.
@LordGodsServant Centuries of scientific study can and will support Evolution. What indepth and extensive study will support an otherwise argument on the creation of the world. A lot of churches like to take especially stories like the beginning too literally from ancient men who have never studied the universe like we have now.
We have reason and we must use that to understand this world and the spiritual without rendering any obsolete. Heaven's principles/laws run in both.
@flynntheman90 i feel like the reason everything is so complex shouts for a creator. like things just as small as cells which act as tiny microscopic machines that each individually have a job. im tellin you man, God reveals Himself wherever you look, whether its up towards the massive stars, or down into the smallest of cells. God bless =]
I'm an atheist, I was an atheist when I first watched this, but this is one movie that I've really got to give credit to. I love this movie to death, always have, and likely always will. Powerful, moving, and amazing to both watch and listen to. Though I don't believe in a God of any sort, I can see how such a being would inspire so many people over the course of history. This scene in particular shows that feeling to perfection. Divine and otherworldly, yet comforting and benevolent.
A little issue I'd like to bring up. I realize that there is and for many years has been great friction between Christians and Jews, and this reminded me of something I was told after I said some unforgivable things about them because of the crucifixion. "If not for the Jews nailing Christ to the cross, you would not be exposed to God's love, God brings good to all things." It taught me alot and I hope it does the same for others :)
Watching this really makes you consider how poor animation has gotten these days. Why can't we have good movies like this, and why didn't they continue this tradition? They could've done an entire series like this.
@falconairsoft1...have u ever felt Gods presence or cry to Him....sorry to say this in the catholic church u dnt feel Gods presence...im bein real wit u..
This scene really makes me tear up. I am such a carnal Christian, yet God is so forgiving and loving. I love when God comforts Moses near the end of this scene and tells him he will be with him through it all. It makes me feel not alone and no matter what, I am loved.
Did anybody notice at 4:09 u see God's back. The top
part is his back n the lower part is of course his rob. U can see it faintly but it's there. Moses was one of the ones who had actually seen God, but only his back. Anyone who saw God's face would die. Exodus 34:23.
@000000poizen000000 shut your stupid mouth. How dare you speak such blasphemy. If you have no religious desire to be apart of anything then why are you commenting on this? Better yet, why were you even watching it? God does not only exist as a symbolic meaning for peoples hope, but he lives today watching over us and reminding us who the marvelous powerful being is. If there is anything I know about the unfaithful or just hardcore atheists is that they aren't happy people, because they have not
What I MEANT was that, had God not appeared to Moses and chosen him, the Israelites would have remained in slavery and Moses would have continued ignoring what had been in front of him.
It's like a parent putting their kids on the right path. Had mine not done their duty, I would have been an abusive person and a high school dropout.
@SgtMarcReynol Thanks for your comment. I guess in the end it is all about timing and choices. It took Moses 40 years as a shepherd in a desert community to put everything behind him. No longer a prince of Egypt. God's timing is never wrong - the Plan had come together. It couldn't have happened at any other time. He was now ready for the Master's Call. John
@SgtMarcReynol Still, the idea of some superior being deciding what meaning or purpose your life will hold without your say in the matter is cruel. I really don't see how God can be a loving God if He does that but to each his own I guess. I wasn't twisting your words, I was just making an observation.
@000000poizen000000 God us the only hope for your life. I know there is a human being on the other end of that name. God is love. God us righteousness. God is good. What I find cruel is what man does. God is such a great father. He went after me in my darkest times and rescued me from my meaningless toils and rebellion. Every purpose you replace God with will be left empty. You will always being toiling, trying to fit a purpose that wont be filled. You heart will be left barren without God.
@ScScruzer831 I have read enough of the Old Testament to know that God is not love and He is certainly not a great father. He may be your hope but He is not mine as I don’t even believe in Him; I’m more sympathetic to the Wiccan concept of deity. You may think your life is meaningless without God but my life has plenty of purpose without Him. Besides, all He wants is to be glorified and worshipped - how egotistical of Him.
@BwahahaNessMiz315 I don't think it's fair to compare God with a man. The reason I think why they chose to make his voice sound like a mixture of several voices is because... they do not know how God's voice sounds. Explaining God with a man's words is like... a grain trying to explain the universe. This is not even describable.
The burning bush represents Gods ability to sustain life , the fire did not consume the bush. The fire represents Gods power it was a self sustaining fire not dependent on any other elements as God himself is self sustaining.
The only thing I dont like about this movie is they didnt make Moses look old enough. When he goes back to Egypt to free his people he was 80 years old and in this movie he still looked 30. Other than that it was an amazing movie.
There is only two entities that exist in this fabric we call reality. The Creator (God, El, Elohim, Eloah, The Divine, The Infinite, etc ) and Creation (You, me, the Earth, the stars ,our universe, the Spiritual Realms, Heaven, etc.) Creation is not independent of the Creator, but the Creator is Independent of Creation. The Creator is always always at every moment giving us everything we experience whether we know it or not. When it’s good we call it blessings when it’s bad we call it curses.
This scene is so beautiful. God is a wonderful God that deserves our utmost respect and fear, our love and lives. I'm so glad that He loved us enough to die and take the sins away so that we may live a free life to do His wonders. ♥

@ashjr59 I´m neutral in the matter of science vs religion because there isn´t enough evidence
for either (if you ask me), but as long as christianity tends towards the "good side" in the confusing issue of right and wrong (which i still think about), your religion is fine :)
@TheAvatar15 When you use the word "all" thats being stereotypical, also there is no obligation to worship God, thats what free will is about. And Peace in Death? That's not really the point of christianity. One thing it is about is drawing near to God, and he asks us to compel others to come to him, however it has nothing to do with forceful ideals.
@PrimevalHunter300 Can´t you read? I said medieval Christians forced it upon people for power, money and such.... We are all still wondering what happens in death don´t we? What if there´s just darkness and we all sleep or something else? Suppose there´s no Heaven or Hell? Also how can you claim my ideal is misleading if you haven´t even heard half of it?
@TheAvatar15 Because you sound as if you don't what christianity is really about. And it's not just believing in God, it's accepting Christ in your heart, and making a change. I could believe in God but not live for him so does that mean I will be in heaven? no. Please don't start another pointless argument. I've been through way too many of those
@PrimevalHunter300 In my opinion religion like this one can be tolerated if not forced upon people. You´re right though about me not knowing everything about Christianity but I know enough to not be deluded when there´s not enough proof of gods existence (my opinion).
I know in the deepest and darkest parts of your life f you have not, you will cry out to God. Even the most hardened atheists will cry out to God. You can put up a mask to all of us, but God knows each one of us, including you. He made you. All he wants is for you to love him. Seek him and you will find him. Proof lies within.
@PrimevalHunter300 Also it´s quite pointless to argue with you. Not because you´re a total douchebag )which you´re not), you´re just defending your faith which i encourage and respect. But you´re a believer and im not so we cant recieve each others messages and that´s obvoius since you say my arguments and opinions aren´t reasonable WHICH THEY ARE!!! Long story short: Religion can be respected/tolerated if not forced on people and if it can only bring "good" into society. Your opinion is value
Accepting Christ in your heart? No its about being born again. You don't say a little prayer. You believe, repent, and get baptized. I hope you have not been fooled into believing this accept Jesus into your heart. None of the conversions happened like this. They heard the word, accepted it, repented, and were baptized. And whoeevr endours to the end will be saved.
You say Medieval Christians. If I claim to be a doctor, what do I need to do to become a doctor. Is it just a label? Or can you see it through my actions. A christian that goes around killing other people, sorry to say, is a hypocrit. Just because they claim Chritianity doesn't make them one. I hate how people try and link these. These people were either deceived or liarsa.
@PrimevalHunter300 I have nothing against religion but I refuse to take part in any ,or become a scientist because there´s not enough evidence IN MY OPINION and I thought in order to enter heaven you had to believe in God? If you don´t believe in God, how are you supposed to enter Heaven and recieve God´s aid when needed and recieve his forgiveness for your sins and all that? You´re the misleading one here stating you don´t have to believe in God when is THE ONE AND ONLY TRUE GOD?
How would you feel if you spoke to god. If he told you that you were a chosen one. That you were to become prophet, a messenger. To be honest, I'd be in heart-attack mode.
I love how when God's voice gets all big, the music is not scary or minor, it's big and booming and woundrous sounding <3 I love this scene, I love this story, I love the BIBLE :)
I'm sorry but if this is to be taken literally. God is a jerk. He could have batted an eyelash and given the Jews their freedom. Instead he kills a bunch of kids and starts a plague?
@Buzz0Killington He uses people like Moses and all the other Hebrew leaders to create a legacy for themselves and achieve great works here on Earth. He doesn't need to use us, but he delights in it. The kids can not be damned to hell, so there were actually transported to a place far better than anything that anyone could ever imagine on Earth. The plague was punishment for the adults, the ones that knew better than to worship their idols and ignore the Hebrew people and lived in carnality.
@Buzz0Killington Those kids were sent to heaven of course. They had no reason to go to hell. He only had them taken there because he wanted the adults to be punished for worshiping idols. And he also started the plague to punish them again.
In reality, moses was smoking opium in a random cave.

@KillSwitch2 -- America was never a "Christian Nation". It was founded on the tenants that all religions, great and small, would never receive favor from the government. The MAJORITY of the religious in America are Christian, but that's different.

breeeegs 1 month ago
@breeeegs The truth it represents of God and the principles of Heaven rings far to us as well
jemish16 1 month ago
Yeah but as Jews we can relate to it on a more personal level. Its the story of the Jewish people's redemption from slavery and recieving of the Torah that is the basis of our spiritual life as a people. Moses is one of the most revered figures in Judaism and the Exodus is a fundamental part of Jewish history, so while non-Jews can appreciate its message, it is our story at heart.

@breeeegs ...Do you know the origin of Christianity? Surely you're just joking around, right?
GoldenFlither15 1 month ago
@GoldenFlither15
if your comment is for me then i answer yes I do the origin of Christianity lol I grew up in the church and read every story in the Bible over and over again and all that I know everything book makes a small or big reference to Jesus like before Moses died he was on a mountain with God over looking the Israelites as they camped before they entered the promise land and how they camped was setup in the shape of a cross resembling the future for told of Christ.
benfiester1 1 month ago in playlist Favorite videos
@benfiester1 *laughs* Actually, no it wasn't for you. :P Sorry. It was actually for the individual that said that Jews relate to this story on a more personal level than Christians.
Your words couldn't be more true. ;)
GoldenFlither15 1 month ago
@breeeegs don't you think that is arrogant? And if it is such a heart felt thing to the jews why is in Judges you spit in God's face over and over because your sin was so much better? Then like little children you cry help and God did and then you did it all over again! Don't dare say the exodus is more relatable to jews.

smowens28 2 months ago
@smowens28 I just can't convince myself of something as impossible as basically anything any holy book or prophet ever spoke about , its all too much fairy tales and wishful thinking, apart from that there are some things in this world that are so weird, and complicated, and crazy, that it just kinda disproves the idea of a creator for me, it would be brilliant if their was a god and heaven and flights of angels, but i can't lie to myself just to feel better
flynntheman90 2 months ago
@flynntheman90 Why is it so impossible? Because most of the world says that the only thing that's real is itself, because people love trying to say that the only thing that's real is what we can prove?
Just because something is wierd, complicated and crazy means that there isn't a creator?
Please, I'd like to help you.
LordGodsServant 2 months ago
@LordGodsServant I'll give you this, if anyone can show me one example in the history of the world of a single Spiritual or religious person who has been able to prove either logically or empirically the existence of a higher power that has any consciousness or interest in the human race or ability to punish or reward humans for there moral choices or that there is any reason – other than fear – to believe in any version of an afterlife, I would adjust my views
flynntheman90 2 months ago
@flynntheman90 There's this, DNA is, basically, information, it's all physical information about us, about every living thing. Now information has to have a source, someone who wrote it down, someone who made the information.
See what I'm trying to point out.
If there is no God, then who gave DNA information? Someone had to . . . God did.
I'm not making this up, it is a law of nature that information has to have an intelligent source, man is out of the count, so only God is left.
LordGodsServant 2 months ago
@LordGodsServant I can see your point, but saying DNA is like physical information is vastly underestimating what DNA is, what it is, is the height of perfection, achieved through randomness and chaos, over many millions of years random throw-ups of chance have occured across the existence-span of thousands of species, what worked at the time depended on what the conditions demanded, and these changes would occur through a simple accident in DNA, which facilitated survival, through chance
flynntheman90 2 months ago
@flynntheman90 Sorry for nosing in. But you said "show me one example in the history of the world of a religious person who has been able to prove logically the existence of a higher power". Look up for Thomas Aquinas and his "5 ways", or 5 rational proofs of the existence of God. Believe me, this is deep shit. If you look it up seriously, read it carefully and try to understand it (give it some time), without any pre-judgements, you might understand why God is logically NECESSARY.
santy300 2 months ago
@flynntheman90 Regarding your last comment, about everything being an accident, think about this: the world has an order, which is evident. Examples of this are the design of the human body, how photosynthesis "recycles" the CO2 we produce while breathing, the cycle of rain, etc, see my point? Thinking that all this was made by accident and chance, is like pretending to throw a dismantled clock into the air and expecting it to fall into the ground perfectly put together and synchronized.
santy300 2 months ago
@flynntheman90 But these are just the basics man. If you are really open minded and really interested in trying to know if God exists, these are just the beginning points. First think about these things, his existence, the rational proofs I tried to explain. Then try to think about moral, punishment, heaven, the Catholic church. One step at a time. Take a leap, man. Think about it seriously and give it a real try. You got nothing to lose and your life might change. Sorry for the message bombing!
santy300 2 months ago
@flynntheman90 BUT who made it in the beginning, someone had to.
I don't believe the Earth is millions of years old, people love to teach that as fact but really it's just another theory.
Evidence against Evolution:
Law of Nature stating "everything goes from order to disorder." That is, nothing on it's own will get any better or become more advanced. Now, this is a law, and the only way to reverse it is for an intelligent source to put effort into it, even then the law starts over again
LordGodsServant 2 months ago
@flynntheman90 Cont. Thus, Evolution on it's own cannot be true as it teaches the opposite. It teaches that animals become better and better. This is in direct conflict with the law that says that things get worse and worse on their own.
Evolution is a theory, this is a law of nature. Nature itself is not intelligent so it can't improve itself. God put effort into making us.
Sorry if all the messages are overwhelming. I just want to help you.
LordGodsServant 2 months ago
@LordGodsServant I'd disagree with that man. You need both of science and faith to understand God. Like we can never take for word the scientifically ignorant men esp of the old testement (ex. Joshua's sun). How can one expect to fully comprehend God without separating like the physical and spiritual aspects of this world and the bible? Abandoning reasoning and true aspects of this world and men will never make one effectively interpret and learn from the Words.
jemish16 1 month ago
@LordGodsServant Centuries of scientific study can and will support Evolution. What indepth and extensive study will support an otherwise argument on the creation of the world. A lot of churches like to take especially stories like the beginning too literally from ancient men who have never studied the universe like we have now.
We have reason and we must use that to understand this world and the spiritual without rendering any obsolete. Heaven's principles/laws run in both.
jemish16 1 month ago
@jemish16 Darwins study was on an island, withone species. A real scientist test over and over and does more than one type. It isn't a valid test.

What I MEANT was that, had God not appeared to Moses and chosen him, the Israelites would have remained in slavery and Moses would have continued ignoring what had been in front of him.

SgtMarcReynol 2 months ago 8
@SgtMarcReynol Thanks for your comment. I guess in the end it is all about timing and choices. It took Moses 40 years as a shepherd in a desert community to put everything behind him. No longer a prince of Egypt. God's timing is never wrong - the Plan had come together. It couldn't have happened at any other time. He was now ready for the Master's Call. John
jonnygee64 2 months ago 3
@SgtMarcReynol Still, the idea of some superior being deciding what meaning or purpose your life will hold without your say in the matter is cruel. I really don't see how God can be a loving God if He does that but to each his own I guess. I wasn't twisting your words, I was just making an observation.
000000poizen000000 2 months ago
@000000poizen000000 God us the only hope for your life. I know there is a human being on the other end of that name. God is love. God us righteousness. God is good. What I find cruel is what man does. God is such a great father. He went after me in my darkest times and rescued me from my meaningless toils and rebellion. Every purpose you replace God with will be left empty. You will always being toiling, trying to fit a purpose that wont be filled. You heart will be left barren without God.
ScScruzer831 2 months ago

@ashjr59 I´m neutral in the matter of science vs religion because there isn´t enough evidence

TheAvatar15 3 months ago
@TheAvatar15 Christianity is more than just religion
PrimevalHunter300 3 months ago
@PrimevalHunter300 A way of living, worshipping a divine being?
Quite frankly all religions are selfish if you HAVE to worship a diety in order to find peace in death.
But like I said, I can tolerate your beliefs as long as you don´t force it upon others like the medieval Catholics.
TheAvatar15 3 months ago
@TheAvatar15 Your stereotypical ideal is misleading, btw most christians don't force it upon people
PrimevalHunter300 3 months ago
@TheAvatar15 When you use the word "all" thats being stereotypical, also there is no obligation to worship God, thats what free will is about. And Peace in Death? That's not really the point of christianity. One thing it is about is drawing near to God, and he asks us to compel others to come to him, however it has nothing to do with forceful ideals.
PrimevalHunter300 3 months ago
@PrimevalHunter300 Can´t you read? I said medieval Christians forced it upon people for power, money and such.... We are all still wondering what happens in death don´t we? What if there´s just darkness and we all sleep or something else? Suppose there´s no Heaven or Hell? Also how can you claim my ideal is misleading if you haven´t even heard half of it?
TheAvatar15 3 months ago
@TheAvatar15 Because you sound as if you don't what christianity is really about. And it's not just believing in God, it's accepting Christ in your heart, and making a change. I could believe in God but not live for him so does that mean I will be in heaven? no. Please don't start another pointless argument. I've been through way too many of those
PrimevalHunter300 3 months ago
@PrimevalHunter300 In my opinion religion like this one can be tolerated if not forced upon people. You´re right though about me not knowing everything about Christianity but I know enough to not be deluded when there´s not enough proof of gods existence (my opinion).
TheAvatar15 3 months ago
@TheAvatar15
ScScruzer831 2 months ago
@PrimevalHunter300 Also it´s quite pointless to argue with you. Not because you´re a total douchebag )which you´re not), you´re just defending your faith which i encourage and respect. But you´re a believer and im not so we cant recieve each others messages and that´s obvoius since you say my arguments and opinions aren´t reasonable WHICH THEY ARE!!! Long story short: Religion can be respected/tolerated if not forced on people and if it can only bring "good" into society. Your opinion is value

ScScruzer831 2 months ago
@PrimevalHunter300 I have nothing against religion but I refuse to take part in any ,or become a scientist because there´s not enough evidence IN MY OPINION and I thought in order to enter heaven you had to believe in God? You´re the misleading one here stating you don´t have to believe in God when is THE ONE AND ONLY TRUE GOD?

@Buzz0Killington He uses people like Moses and all the other Hebrew leaders to create a legacy for themselves and achieve great works here on Earth. He doesn't need to use us, but he delights in it.
