Félicitation à Bouboule Thomas pour sa coupe Stanley ainsi que son «joueur le + utile» . Je ne mentionne pas Conn Smythe étant donné que ce connard à dit, jadis: «Gentlemans and frenchemans... »
When I was about 9 or 10, I was at a parade in New Brunswick (the province, not the city in New Jersey) and I heard the tuba and saw the Bear approaching down the street. My father says I started jumping up and down and almost jumped out of my shorts. Clearly, my Bear worship started early... ;)
I've been trying to find the rather catchy CARTOON commercial where first the announcer says "It's the A &W Root Bear" and then the cartoon bear does this little dance and starts singing "it's so good and cold, tastes zesty and bold. It's the great root beer from A & W. It'll make you smile... watch it bubble. It's the best root beer you ever saw in a straw!"
I would like to know who wrote this arrangement. I would like to borrow it and make an arrangement of my own based on this one for use in a fund-raising event. Can anyone help me out? Please leave a comment. I'll check back. Thanks!
